Checked into my queen room and the set up made it look very spacious. Contemporary design. Love the fact that my room include the microwave and fridge. Too bad breakfast is now a grab and go and fitness centre is closed. I'm satisfied with the stay.

I appreciated that the staff was bilingual. I don't speak French and had no trouble with the check in process. The hotel was a good quality hotel. It was a cheap and clean hotel. One of the cheaper hotels for the area, but still close to the action.

Stayed here for 4 nights. We got a good rate for the room so we couldn’t expect much. Bed sheets were stained when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good with a few different choices. If you plan on traveling over to Quebec City most of the time your visiting I highly recommend paying the extra and stay in the city! Overall experience I would stay another night.

We had a room reserved and I called the hotel @ 7pm to advise that we would be checking in late as we were traveling on the highway to get here and running behind. We showed up at midnight, exhausted and was advised that a pipe had burst earlier and although there was a room for us, we have no water. Aka cannot wash up, shower, brush our teeth or use the toilet (won’t flush without water). Road trip travelers delight! In the same sentence I was advised there are no other rooms available and all local hotels are booked. Some choice! So I’m essentially camping in a $150 + tax night room with no washroom. The front desk guy offered to discount the room marginally, I insisted on 50%. I can’t believe I was expected to pay for this at all. They had my phone number on the reservation, they could have called me so I could find another hotel. Or better yet, they could have found me another hotel, I mean I had called the hotel at 7pm - that may have been a good time to mention the ‘camping’ situation. Another option was to kept a room, as I reserved ... one with water, a working toilet and clean! Is it even legal to charge someone for a hotel room without a working toilet or running water? Did I mention our room is on the 2nd floor and he said we could use the public washroom in the lobby! Again... I’m paying for this??? Seriously?!?!?!?! We get to the room to find it wasn't cleaned, toiletries were opened and obviously already used and no hand soap (not that there’s water anyway), garbages weren’t emptied, the carpet is filthy and soaked so you can’t get in or out of bed without stepping in a puddle and the beds are questionable ... could this get any better. If I had any other option and I wasn’t faced with a 12 hour drive tomorrow I certainly wouldn’t be sitting in this room right now writing this review. I’m disgusted.

My wife and I spent a night here with our dog on our way to the Gaspe. Hotel is modern, comfortable, conveniently located and reasonably priced! Staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. And they welcomed our dog with a padded bed as well as a water dish and food bowl. And even a spare poop bag! Nice touch. A nice breakfast buffet was included where we had coffee, eggs and toast. Would stay there again any time.
