We booked 2 rooms online, convenient location great price, microwave and fridge in the rooms, breakfast in a bag due to Covid very nice, since others have cancelled breakfast service and still charge the full price. Would stay again here or another days inn. Clean rooms and great service.

From the moment we arrived we were not made to feel welcome. Our reservation has been made for three people and one small dog and I was aware of the pet policy pricing. I was told it was $50 for two dogs up to 50 pounds each, the dog we had with us was a non shedding 12 lb unregistered support dog, we were told that it would be up to the discretion of the hotel when we checked in as to the charges for our fur baby. At first the hotels front desk said nothing about us having the dog and then as we were starting to go up to our room she said you have a dog! And we have to charge you. I said fine. And paying that money I think is something the hotel should look at when someone has one dog that is small, and non-shedding as opposed to other dogs that are very large and shedding. That wasn’t my issue, my issue was they had no problem charging me for a small dog yet, they put us into a room that had a broken latch on the door, a dirty fridge, actual dirt on the sheets( I have photos), a very noisy a/c unit, a toilet that was not in good repair and wouldn’t flush consistently, I generally dirty room, thin well-worn sheets, and lumpy pillows where we were happily charged what I consider high fees for what we got. When I reported the issues to the front desk all I got was in “Oh” with no effort to correct those wrongs. The lobby was beautiful and the hallways were very lovely.

I am currently staying at the Days Inn by Wyndham Levis, 1710 Route des Rivières. The rooms are extremely comfortable and very well appointed with a beautiful bathroom, fridge, microwave and an excellent bed. All the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is provided with different options (all excellent choices) that you take back to your room. Netflix is included as TV option so I have been able to enjoy various films.
I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.
I give it 5 stars!

The room was very clean, bed and pillows super comfy, slept great. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The first night there was a sports team staying in the hotel and the front desk person made sure we had a room on a different floor so it would be quiet, was truly appreciated.

This hotel definitely has pros and cons. This visit, the cons definitely outweighed the pros, and I’m not sure I will book here again.
For us the pros include: we were able to check-in at almost midnight; the hotel is dog friendly; the room was a good size (2 queen beds); the room not having carpet on the floors; and the proximity to the highway.
As for the cons, when we arrived at our room the deadbolt was not working on our door, it did not matter what we did it did not turn. The flip bar lock was loose and didn’t really work either. We ended up putting the luggage rack in front of the door so we would at least hear if someone tried to come into the room. The water pressure in the shower leaves a lot to be desired, it was almost non-existent. The toilet did not flush well, the handle flipped around whenever it was pushed, requiring us to either flip the handle around, and when that didn’t work, lift the lid and adjust the lever.
The only reason we did not call downstairs is that we were so tired all we wanted to do was sleep. And the next morning, I just wanted to get back on the road.
The staff at the front desk were quite nice and very welcoming when we checked in.

Wouldn’t stay again. Uncomfortable beds, food wasn’t warm or good. Walls in room were dirty. Water temperatures and pressure changed multiple times during a shower. Pool area had empty rusted bird cages. There was old food and poop in the cages.

Always stop at the hotel when driving through Quebec on our way to the Maritimes! The staff is always friendly and they are quite accommodating. There is a nice pool and the complimentary breakfast looks great- we’ve always left early so we haven’t had a chance to eat in the morning but they offer a full service! The rooms are clean and quiet . The location is perfect and right off of the highway and surrounded by restaurants if you want to go out and eat!

We booked this hotel after a long day of travel so were looking forward to relaxing and getting some much-needed rest.

Our room was dirty - our feet were filthy from walking on the floor. The jet tub had clumps of cleaning fluid left in it and in general it looked unkept.

We tried to use the pool but the water was absolutely frigid! Far too cold to swim in.

The hotel is also very dated and tired. I expected as much but we needed a hotel during a busy travel weekend so went ahead and booked. When we got to our room it was even more dated than expected. We expected at least a sofa to relax on but all we got were two small, uncomfortable tub chairs and an accent table.

With all things considered, this hotel was significantly overpriced. We upgraded to a suite but discovered it was an expensive and disappointing experience.

Is there a shuttle or public transportation to Quebec City or is a Uber the best way to go?
Answer from John R

It is a fair ways from the hotel to go to quebec City. May be better to rent a vehicle. Having said that check with Uber to see what they would charge to Quebec City , it may actually work out less expensive than a rental, but without the flexibility a rental gives you

Imsaw a small dog being carried by a woman. I assume then pets were allowed. I did not ask what they charge as I did not have a pet with me.
