I came here for one night because we had a golf tournament around the corner. The hotel lobby is lovely, and the check-in was pleasant; the staff was lovely. The good thing about this hotel is that the hallways and rooms have wood floors. I had a nice pool view. The bed was not very comfortable. Although the room is clean, the decor and bathroom are outdated and cheezy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you have no choice. The breakfast was included and was served with a smile but very ordinary.

This was a beautiful romantic hotel. A little bit old charm mixes with modern convenience. Good quality breakfast included but the real Gem is the pool/bar area. There is a beautiful pool surrounded by lush greenery. It feels like you are in the most beautiful calm solarium. Added bonus if your room overlooks the pool area

I’m not going to speak trash towards the hotel, but beware. It’s NOT connected to the other one in Montmagny ! Even though they look similar. This one is outdated. Ratings per category outta of 5 stars. Hotel: 3/5 outdated Room: 3/5 needs upgrade Beds: 2/5 beds very hard Pool: 3/5 kids can’t jump in the pool - WTH ! Hottub: 3/5 could be cleaner Staff: 3/5 if you don’t speak French they make you feel awkward. Breakfast: 3/5 decent Coffee: 5/5 I loved the taste and it was fresh Service: 3/5 Overall: 3/5 Won’t go back unless for a better discount

We normally stay at a different hotel in Levi’s when we travel from NS to ON. Unfortunately we were unable to get a room at our usual hotel so we booked here. It was myself, my husband, 13 year old son and we were travelling with a small dog. The price was outrageous but I assumed the room would at least be decent. The lobby is fine, staff wasn't bad but also not friendly. We were shocked when we entered the ground floor room. Although it was relatively clean it is very dark, outdated/rundown, with old furniture and wall coverings coming off the wall in the bathroom. it looked like it was straight out of the 1980’s. The comforter/bedding was so old and gross we took it off except for the sheets. The room had an unpleasant old/musty smell and the AC was so loud we couldn't hear the TV. It was also either ice cold or hot - no in between. Also multiple times people walking their dogs were standing right outside our window (making eye contact with us.) Also the night ground spot lights shone directly into the room and it was difficult to cover the whole window with the old dusty drapes. The windows open and if I had been travelling alone I wouldn't have felt safe. For $370 I would have expected a room with at least decent furniture and bedding. Stay somewhere else if possible. Do not recommend.

We stayed 6 nights, while exploring Quebec City and its environs. We wanted to be away from the traffic in Quebec City. It is a short trip to the Levis-Quebec City ferry, which is very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a nice size. The Hotel is still operating under COVID cleaning rules, so our room was made up every other day, which was fine. A cooked breakfast with 4 choices was offered, as well as pastries and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed one night on our drive to Toronto and so glad we found this place. Room was large and clean. Pool area was unique with all the plants and birds. Buffet breakfast was free for our stay which was nice as there was not much variety and no knives to spread bagels. Would stay again.

This hotel is conveniently located in Lévis. A little far to get to old-town Quebec City. but overall easy. Free parking is available, and the pool area is pretty, but a little small. The rooms are HUGE! We took a family room, honestly you can fit many more people than they suggest. It is well designed and very clean. The bathroom has a jacuzzi - which works wonders. Breakfast is small and cheap - not really something to write home about.

Room was lovely with a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool courtyard. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is boxed but you don’t have to take it to your room, you can eat in the atrium breakfast area. Breakfast included was two sausages, a boiled peeled egg, croissant with jam and yogurt or fruit cup, orange juice and tea or coffee. Would definitely stay here again

This hotel has been built years ago, and it shows. It is very dark lobby and property not well maintained. Room decor is basic and drastically needs upgrading. Pool is ok, but is filled with alot of fake vegetation, trees and live birds. Restaurant has a limited menu and food is not the best. Overall service is just ok. Old hotel

One awful night! Woke to cockroaches in the bed! Staff suggested we brought them with us!!!! 🤮 We had a ground floor room because of our dog. The staff even suggested the previous nights dog brought the cockroaches in the room. Omg. Will never stay here again!!!
