I’m not going to speak trash towards the hotel, but beware. It’s NOT connected to the other one in Montmagny ! Even though they look similar.

This one is outdated.

Room: 3/5 needs upgrade
Beds: 2/5 beds very hard

Pool: 3/5 kids can’t jump in the pool - WTH !
Hottub: 3/5 could be cleaner

if you don’t speak French they make you feel awkward.

Breakfast: 3/5 decent

Won’t go back unless for a better discount

I stopped for a night at this hotel on my way to the Bas St-Laurent region. There are some pros and cons for this hotel:

*PROS:

*The price was not too high for that time of year
*The room was very clean! I was impressed by the level of cleanliness in the room
*Free breakfast with many choices
*The staff is courteous and professional

*CONS:

*The air conditioning makes an incredible deafening sound! Even though, we were in the middle of a heat wave, I had to shut if off. Then, you can hear the sounds from the freeway next to the hotel. Let's just say that you need ear plugs if you want to get a good night's sleep when you are in a room facing the 20.
*The rooms, let's just say the decoration is minimal. There aren't even 2 lamps on each side of the bed but only one. The stucco walls are very dated but like I said, it is very clean.

I would probably try another hotel if I went back to Lévis but it was okay for the price I paid.

Looks wonderful. The building is beautiful and the staff very friendly. All so helpful, and bilingual. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was made of cement. The shower was not easily accessible for the mobility impaired. The indoor pool, sauna & whirlpool looked lovely but there are no change rooms, so you had to go around the hotel in your swimwear (which we were not going to do) Plenty of parking.

Me and three friends stayed here while travelling from NB to Montreal. All went well UNTIL checking the charges on my credit card the day after checkout. This hotel charged me over $114 for smoking in my room! This is absolute bs, why would I smoke in my room? Obviously I’d get caught. I was in the room at all times and none of my friends did either. If we did, I wouldn’t waste my time lying and writing this review. First I called the hotel, they straight up called me a liar and said they had evidence, which obviously they didn’t because nobody smoked in the room! Ended up going to MasterCard and after an investigation MasterCard cancelled the charge :) do not stay here, unless you like liars. Thank you MasterCard and Tangerine Bank for recovering my money from these scandalous snakes.

Responded Jan 31, 2020
Dear guest, Thank you for your message. We are a non-smoking hotel. We guarantee our guests a 100% fresh room. After a guest has smoked in the room, the room needs to be cleaned deeply. Next to our fresh guarantee smoking in the rooms can also be dangerous. We only charge additional fees when we have evidence. It is a question of respect for the environment and for others. With kind regards, Guest Relations

We stayed 6 nights, while exploring Quebec City and its environs. We wanted to be away from the traffic in Quebec City. It is a short trip to the Levis-Quebec City ferry, which is very affordable. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and a nice size. The Hotel is still operating under COVID cleaning rules, so our room was made up every other day, which was fine. A cooked breakfast with 4 choices was offered, as well as pastries and cereal. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Polite staff at the reception
Cons: Had the unfortunate luck of ending up with a top floor room under which passes the building’s ventilation/air conditioner system. About an hour after checking into the room the system kicked in and the humming and vibration became very noticeable despite the screaming from the pool downstairs. I made a request to change rooms however I would have to foot the cost for changing rooms. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was told the manager doesn’t work on weekends and to contact her on the following Monday, when I would no longer be there. So basically, don’t expect to have any issues resolved if you’re staying during a weekend.
As well, they are unable to accommodate the guests with the necessary amount of food for breakfast. Many arrived in the dining room, behind a lineup of guests, waiting to see if there would be refills. Most just turned around and left.
At this price, there are definitely better places.

Room was lovely with a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool courtyard. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is boxed but you don’t have to take it to your room, you can eat in the atrium breakfast area. Breakfast included was two sausages, a boiled peeled egg, croissant with jam and yogurt or fruit cup, orange juice and tea or coffee. Would definitely stay here again

Stayed one night on our drive to Toronto and so glad we found this place. Room was large and clean. Pool area was unique with all the plants and birds. Buffet breakfast was free for our stay which was nice as there was not much variety and no knives to spread bagels. Would stay again.

We loved this hotel. The room was immaculate, spacious, modern, nicely furnished and had a pristine bathroom. Staff was friendly, check-in was fast. The hot breakfast was handy when we had a lot of activiities planned for our 4 day stay and easily kept hunger at bay past lunch. Levis itself is very pretty down by the river and it was easy and convenient to the ferry to hop on, go across and spend a day and evening walking around Old Town Quebec. The hotel was in a good location right off the highway and had restautants, shopping and conveniences nearby. Would definitely stay at this hogel again.

A mistake has been made on the reservation via Expedia and the hotel charge the room twice but they refuse to reimburse. Very poor custumer service. I try to find a solution with the management but they kept their position. The hotel was empty that night... They don't loose anything.

We have a small toy poodle, are pets allowed?
Answer from PeaceAndQuiet
1 contribution2 helpful votes
Why would you want your pet around such disingenuous snakes? They’d probably lie and say it peed on the floor just to add another charge to your card. Do not stay here. I recommend staying in this area though, just at a different hotel!

I wouldn’t want my dog around these liars. Hard to say what kind of stunt they would try to pull.
