When we arrived we had a huge problem that wasn’t the hotels fault...long story. The staff made it their mission to make sure we were happy as it was a special occasion, our 23rd anniversary. Overall everything was great, only drawback was there was no in-dining room service and the hot tub in the pool area was out of service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the loft suites with the high ceilings, fireplace, and panoramic windows.

The suite was filthy, When we arrived, we were supposed to have a pull out couch,which we did not have. One white curtain was in shred, the main bathroom toilet had a defective blow dryer, and also a broken toilet seat. There were many finger prints on windows, kids level. One nightstand light did not have an extension , so impossible to turn on. The tv upstairs did not have a remote control. There were small stones in the staircase going to the loft. There was no smoke detector in the loft, just hanging wires. Also our daughter found a tube of body lotion in her bed in the loft. We asked for a microwave, it was also filthy. I was told that when they visited , everything was ok. I called the reception 15 minutes after arrival to mention a few of the problems. We were told, hotel was fully booked and they could not help us. I will never,never stay again in a Ramada Inn. Supervisor name o spoke with is, Kevin. …

We can see that this Ramada use to be a fancy place - but over the years it started to peel or been scratched ad some places - which makes this place not as fancy or superior even though we paid one night at 176$!?

Booked for one night. Staff was efficient at check-in. Room was clean. I had issue with a vending machine that overcharged me by not returning money (looked empty for change). Told the front desk and was told they cannot do anything and call the number on the machine. No answer. Next morning during checkout I told the reception the same and was told, i cannot do anything until I talk to my manager. Never heard back. We are talking only a few $ here. The front desk staff should be empowered to resolve such trivial issue. Although I have no other complaints about my stay, having the front desk not being able to resolve such trivial thing without chasing their manager leave me with a sour taste.

Worst family experience, everything is broke, or doesn’t work, customer service? What customer service, no one cares about this place or the customers, I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star, we’re here for 5 days, we have to beg to get cups, for them to clean the room good luck, asked 3 times, every time we come and looks the same, no one wants to do work here

Only spent 1 night there, part of a cycling tour. This hotel checked a lot of boxes for me. It is close to cycling paths, has a locker to store bikes overnight, offered free electric car charging, free breakfast. The breakfast was very good and had a good offering with very good coffee. Bed was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated. There were some areas that could use a refresher but it was clean, AC worked fine. For those interested, it’s also across the street from the casino.

The worst hotel experience of my lifetime. Room flooded by upstairs Neighbour bathtub or toilet at 4am. Loud rap music heard through the walls all night. Crack smoking vagrants sleeping in front of hotel. Staff not helpful/understanding
