Brooks Creek Ranch was born from the desire to create an unmatched hospitality experience that combines adventure, luxury, and comfort. Unlike a hotel, it is similar to a private mountain chalet, tucked deep in the Canadian Rocky Mountains on a remote off grid property. In addition to luxurious suites and outdoor spaces, guests have access to dedicated on site concierge staff. Due to our off the grid nature, we provide a personal transportation service that drives our guests to and from Fernie - anywhere, anytime including the ski hill! We provide a complimentary gourmet breakfast, however we are not yet offering lunch or dinner. Your personal concierge will pick up your lunch or dinner in Fernie and have it ready for you at Brooks Creek Ranch to enjoy after a day of adventures.

Absolutely excellent stay here! We can not fault a single moment of our 2 night trip. If you want the best kept secret of Fernie, then stay here!!! The ranch house is clean, modern and oh so characterful with plenty of activities to choose from to keep the whole family active (we participated in snow shoeing around the properties private trails even after a good Canadian winter storm of 40+NC snowfall)! The facilities are top class and you would not be disappointed with the service! Breakfast is to die for and although they do not serve dinner, the hosts are full of knowledge about the best places to eat. I cannot wait to book here again! It was a phenomenal experience!

Brooks Creek Ranch is a stunning property located on the outskirts of Fernie, close enough to head into town for food and activities, but distant enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings landscapes. The Ranch's quality mixed with the outstanding scenery made for a very memorable stay. The highlight was the service and hospitality from the staff, they went out of their way on several occasions to ensure we were taken care of, not only at the Ranch but out in town as well. Breakfasts were absolutely amazing, unique and savory dishes made from scratch with quality ingredients. If you are considering booking, you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be returning!

BCR is everything we needed and more in a getaway! As an individual with Celiac disease, lactose intolerance, and well as other dietary restrictions, my husband and I greatly seek hotels, resorts, and accommodations which can and willingly accommodate these needs. BCR’s beyond knowledge staff not only relies on their own experience cooking/baking in these methods but has consulted a well-respected and award-winning chef to create their impeccable breakfast menu! In our travels around the world, we have never experienced such magnificent recipes! While food is an important part of travel in any destination, I cannot miss the opportunity to share how wonderful the grounds, amenities, and views are for the relaxation-ready traveler. The opportunity for anything from long leisurely walks to adventure mountain-biking or downhill skiing is right at your fingertips! BCR’s staff is ready to help in connection with expert guides in Fernie. No matter the time of year, there really is always something to do, or even just savor the opportunity to stay indoors, read, and enjoy the un-matched view! We spent our 30th anniversary at Brooks Creek Ranch this summer. What a beautiful property. The mountains, the river, the quiet, all absolutely breathtaking. The view from our balcony was perfect. And the breakfast.... oh how I wish I could be seated at that table right now. And the owners are just like family. :) This was a memorable time for sure. You will not be disappointed.

We have never experienced a setting this peaceful and private. It was a memorable trip for our little family of 4 - as we explored secluded nature right outside of the Ranch - yet were still close enough to enjoy Fernies amenities. The best of both worlds! The staff were incredible helpful and welcoming combining the best of hotel, and the best of Bead and Breakfast to create this unique experience you should try out! P.S. the coffee and breakfast was to die for! The bathroom... well... id love to have that at home- and the rooms were well equipped and very comfortable- what do we remember the most? The views and unforgettable setting!

It is hard to know where to start… the stunning setting, the beautifully detailed lodge, our gorgeous room, the delicious breakfast, the very special owners. We don’t want to turn this into a book, so let us just say that you will fall in love with Brooks Creek Ranch. The owners have poured their hearts and souls into BCR and its surroundings – you can feel their passion the minute you walk in the front door. If your experience is anything like ours, you will find yourself saying “WOW” over and over again.
If you are big foodies, like us, you will be in awe over breakfast. The owners go out of their way to cater to your taste buds. Every morning they created the most beautiful, fresh, delicious breakfasts that we have had in all of our years of traveling.
At Brooks Creek Ranch, not only do you feel like royalty, you also feel like special family members. BCR truly is a magical place.

Fernie is one of our favorite places to visit. The accommodations at Brooks Creek Ranch are carefully thought out and every attention to detail has been made. Waking up in the morning to a gourmet breakfast prepared by the BCR staff and enjoying a relaxing breakfast on the deck is world class. Each season in the Canadian Rockies is its own uniquely wonderful experience and brings its own adventure. The fishing, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and so much more make Fernie and Brooks Creek Ranch the perfect spot to add to your bucket list.

A special place for a special event. Warm welcome to this lovely B&B. Very comfortable room with spacious and amazing en suite. There is a hot tub which we didn’t have time to use.Really appreciated having the shuttle which dropped us off in town for dinner and they were very prompt in fetching us when ready to return to B&B. We enjoyed a great breakfast. Beautiful views of mountains and surrounding area. A great outdoor area with this beautiful view. The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Five friends took over the Ranch for an epic Fernie Fly Fishing adventure. Kevin, his family and staff all made us feel welcome and treated us like kings. Even the family dogs made us feel at home. The facilities and the grounds are impeccable. The suites are handsomely appointed and the beds are pure heaven at the end of a long day of adventure. The breakfasts are a lovely way to start a great day of adventure with "haute cuisine". Kevin's freshly ground and brewed speciality coffees are second to none. The mountain views and vistas are spectacular. The huge property is wild and it beckons the hiker, birder and explorer. The ranch is off the grid and the beaten path but it's still so very close to all of the amenities of Fernie. The trips to and from town are opportunities to view birds and wildlife. Elk, deer, bears, magpies and eagles were seen so often that we came to expect them. The ranch is truly a luxurious retreat in the heart of the Rockies wilderness. Of course, the fishing on the ranch's portion of the Elk River is a huge bonus. Most guide boats make a point of stopping opposite the ranch so as to fish the many holes that hold countless large cutthroat and local bull trout. We spent the week fishing various parts of the Elk but we could easily have had a great trip just fishing the ranch. In the end, Brooks Creek Ranch proved to be a wonderful, luxury retreat in the heart of the Rockies and a great base from which to launch countless adventures. Joe Serensits

My partner and I were reading the reviews for Brooks Creek Ranch and thought they were fake, it seemed to good to be true so we decided to check it out for ourselves. Be assured the reviews are real and this place is truly remarkable!! The attention the detail, views and professionalism were outstanding. Oh and the breakfast was AMAZING!
