The host was so welcoming and friendly. The room floors seemed new! Everything smelled clean and fresh- until I used the hot water to wash my face and brush my teeth. The water had a funky pungent smell. I wasn’t able to raise this matter with reception cause we were in a hurry to leave the next morning. Check out was really convenient though if you’ve got everything pre-paid already. The place is overall good if it wasn’t for their water issues. Aside from the bad smell of the water, I noticed that water pressure on the shower and toilet was not very good too.

Another good thing about the place is that it’s not a long drive away from the restaurants and shops.

Very clean, family run motel. Not fancy … but more than adequate and it has everything you need at a reasonable price. Extra pillows were a bonus. Fridge, microwave and kettle for tea/coffee. Very comfortable stay. Located just outside Edmundston and unfortunately the restaurant was closed, probably due to Covid, but would definitely stay again. Very friendly staff.

My usual hotels in Edmundson were in the 300 to 400 plus range. I refuse to pay that much. I passed by this hotel for 30 years and decided to give it a try at $ 233. It used to be $ 85 all in. 1960 style. I missed the entry road and drove kilometers down the wrong road. Asked for directions and a guy said there is a sign. There is and it had snapped in two. Checked in with the new owner and he said that sign has a long story. Bylaws and complex to get it fixed. I knew what to expect so had a good stay. Had a six o'clock swim in the outdoor pool and ut it was great. Water clean and warm.. some litter from previous guests. Rooms are charming and had a fridge and microwave which is hard to find anywhere. Aircon and fan worked well. Clean room. There is a restaurant sign but it was not open. Pop and ice machine. Owners live in a house attached nice set up for them. Close to the highway way and out. Will stay there again. Like to see the $ 85 price come back

This run down hotel is a dump. They could at least slap some paint on the walls but they do nothing to maintain this place other than make the beds. The rooms are outdated, dingy, dirty, almost scary. The parking lot pavement is heaved with foliage growing through it. Owners show no pride in this property at all. They charged me twice as much as any of the other 26 motels I stayed at on my month long road trip. Their excuse for charging so much? "Because I booked it through Expedia". I didn't book it through Expedia. The only decent thing here was the pool. Everything else was horrible. To top it off, there was almost nobody there when I settled in and the one other customer to arrive, she sticks him right beside me when there were 35 other rooms to choose from. It just added insult to injury. You could stay at the salvation army homeless shelter and have better accommodation there than for the 200 bucks they charged for one night. If the motel was cheaply priced I may be able to understand and overlook it's downfalls, but... 200 bucks? It wasn't located in Disneyworld, it was Edmunston for crying out loud. My advice is stay away until they can prove they know how to do some reno and charge an appropriate price.

Very comfortable motel. It was one of the only ones we have found to offer 3 double beds in a room. Bed were comfy and the bathroom was good. Water pressure was good and I liked that the sink was outside of where the toilet is.
The landscape was beautiful with the river steps away.

Just awful, if the rate was $49.95 my review would be just ok. But at $250 this is criminal.shower doesn't work, wifi sucks, floors slope, hairs in the bathroom, paper thin sheets and blankets.
Good for you la roma you got my $250, but I'm an extensive traveler and you'll never get another penny. Im so annoyed by the lack of effort people refuse to put into their business. I hope you go broke.

One of the worst places I've ever checked in to. It was so run down! Paint on doors was peeling, toilet was leaking. They moved us to a room next door, but it was just as bad. We immediately requested a refund and checked out.

Booked on Expedia. When we arrived place was such a dump we immediately canceled. Way overpriced. Wouldn’t refund us. I actually can say I paid $187 to not stay here and it was worth every penny. Ended up at Best Western Plus for the same price which was way nicer and included hot/cold breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by the small, modest, family-run motel. It was spotless. It had all the mod-cons, fridge, microwave and unfortunately, a very old TV. The bed however was very comfy. On the outskirts of Edmundston, it was a short drive to restaurants and services. Due to Covid the on site restaurant was closed.

Good example of : You've got to spend some money to make some. We gave this place a visit that didn't last long, paid for the night respectively and did not stay. Check in was quick and friendly enough. We had booked a pet friendly room. Honestly, it wasn't even human friendly. I don't mind motels that are dated which are clean and maintained. However, on entry to the room my dog began sniffing every surface wanting to sniff further on on bedspread. Indication of gross. We had stayed in 11 previous motels on this trip, who were pet friendly, my dog did not go this crazy once. Rust stains in the toilet. After driving 8 hours I thought maybe I was over reacting, maybe lay down and regroup....pull the comforter back to find a dead moth and bally old blankets...in a motel that I am paying for NO thank you. I had read reviews before of how great the other rooms are..that's great! My question is why are pet owners segregated into the old and scruffy back rooms, we're paying guests just as the others. If our business is not wanted and we are not welcome, I recommend removing "pet friendly" from amenities list for the benefit of future business and satisfied customers.

Very reasonable prices. I had a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich and I think it was $5.50. Bacon and eggs were $6.00
