Stayed for 4 days in March and the sking was awesome. Unit fit our family well and while being out-dated somewhat was adequate.. 2 Days after departure had a $150 charge on my visa. I guess we left some items in the fridge. Not very cool.. We left convinced to go back next year, but perhaps to a different spot....

Dear Sir, thank you for your review. The day after your checkout, an amount of 151.74$ was charged on your credit card. It was corresponding to the balance for the ski tickets. There are no hidden fee. You paid the exact amount you were informed you would pay when you took your reservation. Best regards, Michael Paquet General Manager

The unit we were in was very well equipped and clean. Lots of towels, good beds, individual bedroom thermostats, brand new dishwasher and high end pots and pans. Large living room area, big tv, etc etc. We ski/snowboarded all day so were only there for breakfast and evenings. The staff were super nice and helpful, they gave us a pack...

The ski and stay packages at the Chalets Mont Sainte-Anne drew us to Canada for a February ski trip. The Chalets were nicely appointed - even a fondue pot - and although they aren't luxurious by any means, they are clean, well run units that are conveniently located to the mountain. The staff at the check in desk were INCREDIBLY...

We must state that this review applies to Condo 55 Starting with the good points. Lovely position, huge! 4 bed 3 bath which we didn't really need as there was only 2 of us, very well equipped kitchen and loads of clean towels. Adequate heating although it wasn't very cold. The main bedrooms bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the condo...

Dear Libbylou1, Thank you for your review. However, I would like to point out that the review was directed at the wrong place. The Unit #55 is a timesharing. Chalets Mont Sainte-Anne is the reception and key service provider. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the maintenance or quality standards offered in this unit. I took the freedom to send...

Very old units--basement & kitchen need to be updated; master bed and living room were nice. Weird community--several low-income families were packed into neighboring units...apparently living there permanently, not on vacation. No amenities like a pool or free bike rentals. After-hours check-in not communicated--we almost had to check into a hotel because we arrived at 8:30!

While we had a 4 br condo, I was glad it was just the two of us. The 3 br in the basement were so tiny, I would have been embarrassed to have friends there. Basement also smelled very mildewy. Main floor was good, nice flat screen tv, good wifi, kitchen adequate and office staff helpful.nice place to go hiking...

This was first return to Mont Set Anne in 14 years. This time we needed space and decided to stay at the Chalets condos. I booked this reservation in the summer and when booking the I was specific that I needed true ski in and out. I was told that the units were true ski in and out. However, in...

We have just returned from a week here. The location is amazing, ski in ski out. The actual condo is lovely & has everything you could need supplied. You should definitely make time to use the hot tub, gym & pool facilities just down the road. We will definitely be returning.

Getting thrown off repeatedly, too slow when you are on, frustration, wasted time -- I think you get the picture. Then it was down completely one morning. Front desk said that someone had unplugged something. Can't come back until internet is fixed. What if the toilets only worked some of the time? Kind of the same thing. Not sure why...
