I can only agree with all the other glowing reviews. I stayed for 2 nights at Spring Farm B&B and Nickys' hospitality warm welcome and attention to detail is first class.
The en-suite bedroom was spotlessly clean, light airy and very comfortable.
Breakfast was perfect, served in the spacious dining room overlooking the lovely garden. So peaceful.
I shall make a beeline for Spring Farm next time I'm visiting family in Kent!
Thank you Nicky for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We had never stayed in a small B&B before. Spring Farm sets the bench mark very high indeed for stays at any other B&Bs. I can only second what every other reviewer has said. The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and the en suite was so clean one needed sunglasses to protect the eyes from the glare. We were the only guests on the night we stayed and felt almost like one of the family.

The hospitality provided by Nicky and Gary is second to none. Spring Farm would make an excellent base to tour the surrounding area. There are several NT properties around, Bodiam Castle is only a few minutes away. Of course, if the weather is good there is a lovely pool area and garden to laze around in.

Spring Farm is an absolute gem and it is easy to see why. Nicky and Gary put so much of themselves into making sure that their guests have a memorable stay. May their success continue.

Must say that this is the best B & B we've ever stayed at. The hosts Gary & Nicky were very freindly and advised us to take a torch to the local restaurant. Spring Farm was exceptionally clean and I felt that I should have remove my shoes on entering. The breakfast was very filling, tasty and Nicky's home made jam was very tasty. Our room was over looking the pool it was a good sized room with an excellent on-suite. We were on our way to Dover to pick up a cruise. When ever we are down that way again it will be the only place to stay.

I have stayed at hundreds of B&B's and hotels over the last view years and I can hand on heart tell you that you will never stay anywhere where you will feel more welcome.

I was with my partner attending a friends wedding which is why we found ourselves in beautiful Bodiam, but this place is so good it is worth planning a trip to Sussex just to enjoy this hospitality.

You are welcomed with a nice cup of tea and freshly baked cake!

This place is out in the sticks which is part of the charm but Nicky the owner offered us a lift down to the local pub, what amazing and friendly service!

Breakfast will be a challenge....only because I challenge you to ask for something that Nicky hasn't thought of, massive selection of quality food regardless of whether you like continental or the more traditional fully cooked breakfast.

Make a point to come to this beautiful part of the world...and stay here :-)

We stayed here 2 nights in July in the twin room overlooking the lake. Nicky, the owner, gave us a warm welcome and once we'd taken our bags to the room we were given a choice of fantastic home made cakes to accompany our tea in the visitor's lounge, which had every facility you could possibly require. Nicky was a wonderful hostess and couldn't have made us feel more welcome if she'd tried. She even drove us down to the pub in Bodiam for dinner on the first night and picked us up afterwards - really way beyond her remit. The breakfast was superb - fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and juices all beautifully laid out and then naturally, an excellent full English that was better than most hotels. Our room was spotelssly clean and nicely decorated with a very nice en suite shower room. We overlooked the lake and enjoyed watching the green woodpecker feeding on the grass on the first morning.
If I was ever back in the area, I would stay here again in a heart beat - it really was a very special place.

Every aspect of Spring Farm exceeded expectations! Nicky was a wonderful host - always at hand to offer local knowledge and tips (and offer a drink too!), but not overpowering. Housekeeping is immaculate, quality of décor and furnishings is top-notch. Breakfast is varied, and certainly plentiful. Well Done Nicky!

We stayed in this B&B for 3 nights in August and would really have enjoyed staying longer. The room and bathroom are spotlessly clean and have everything it needs to make oneselve comfortable. Nicky and Gary are wonderful hosts. Nicky, your breakfast is absolutely fabulous and we especially loved the yoghurt with honey and fresh fruit. Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool to enjoy the swimming pool. But there are lots of places to visit in the neighbourhood and we'll certainly stay here again.

We stayed here for one night and I wish it was longer. The b&b is a beautiful wooden clad building with lovely gardens. When we arrived we were shown to our room by Nicky and were then offered tea and scones in the garden. The gardens were beautiful and peaceful and we were joined by the resident chickens. The scones were served with a pot of the tastiest jam we have ever eaten.

The rooms were spotlessly clean. They were light, modern and the bed was comfortable. We had a lovely view across the orchard.

The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Started with juice and cereal followed by a full English cooked to how we wanted.

Nicky couldn't do anymore to be the perfect host and we will definitely stay again. Hopefully a bit longer next time so we can use the pool!

A lovely comfortable B&B set in beautiful Sussex countryside. Nicky could not do enough and we highly recommend it for its friendly and professional host who made us feel very welcome and the excellent breakfast was a wonderful start to the day.

Was treated like "Mother of the Bride" A lovely warm welcome, absolutely spotless everywhere.
Nicky and Gary are lovely people and the perfect hosts. Nothing too much trouble.
Nicky makes the best breakfast ever............and I don't usually eat breakfast.
I can highly recommend this little B&B. The rooms are small yet airy. Everything you need in room except for Kleenex.
I would definitely visit again when visiting my daughter.

Thank you N & G. You made our short stay PERFECT!
