3 of us friends were doing the tourist thing around Woodstock and just needed to spend one night. They gave us the suite, which meant that there was one double bed with a small old night stand in a room with a door. The other room had a double bed, new flat screen tv, small fridge, and a microwave, an old window A/C. We looked for bed bugs, didn't see any but there were a few earwigs! Would not stay again.

We had read that the restaurant in this hotel served Indian food. I was not sure what to expect in a restaurant located in a hotel on the side of the highway. But I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good quality. Portions were big and the prices were good. Our waitress was very nice. If you are in the area and craving Indian food, try them out.

We stopped here for one night on our way to Quebec from Nova Scotia. There are only a few accommodations in the area. We had a friendly reception from Christina, who was exceptionally helpful. She offered to show us a room and we were happy with it. It was accessible from the outside. It had two beds, a small table and chair set, fridge and microwave, which is what we wanted. It was clean and the beds were comfortable, sheets and pillows excellent. When Christina realized we were going to get something and bring it back to the room she offered us real cutlery and other items and we very much appreciated that. The hotel was pretty quiet even though it was right off the highway. A decent breakfast was included. The other reviews seem to be few and far between with the most recent review was for a stay 7 months ago.Christina amazingly helpful. Decent breakfast in a large and bright room. The motel/hotel is right off the highway. Seems to be three stories, one a partial basement level. There is a pool but it was not operational as yet. The units are dated and a/c was a bit noisy. WIFI did not work well in the room and was better if we went outside. This is a good budget hotel that could use a bit updating and better WIFI - the latter was very important to us as we had important matters that required emailing back and forth. It was cool outside so inconvenient to be going in and out. I had just stayed in a $500/night suite in Halifax and dollar for dollar we had a good experience here.

Hello there! I am glad to hear that your most recent stay with us was seemingly a positive one overall, however I would like to send forth my apologies for the dated room, loud air conditioning and unsatisfactory WIFI. The dated rooms are something that I have been working to update, as I have recently taken over ownership of this hotel (within the past month). To go along with that, I have replaced the majority of the air conditioners in the rooms since becoming the new owner, so when you choose to stay with us again, your air conditioner should be less noisy! I appreciate you mentioning poor WIFI, as that is something I was unaware of, and I will work to resolve that issue. You are a valued customer and we greatly appreciate all feedback we receive, as this allows us to improve our hotel for our guests pleasure and comfortability. Please do not hesitate to contact me either by phone at (506)-328-8876, or by email at cbviwoodstock@yahoo.com if you have any further questions, comments or concerns. All the best.

This is a disgusting place, upon check in , I waited in the lobby 10-15 minutes, rang the bell three times for service . We tried two rooms they both smelled so bad. Upon entry to the first room there was someone, a cleaner I was told in the bathroom . My wife could not stand the smell of either room , forcing us to leave with a refusal of a refund . I realized why he wouldn’t refund us as we were the only people there. At check in I was told the pool wasn’t open because he could not afford to operate it . Trust me this is a horrible place and I made a huge mistake , I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone . I took a loss with the no refund so save your money and spend it somewhere else.

This Best Value is a lovely simple quiet restful place. Great stop over especially if travelling late at night from the US.

Rooms was very clean and quiet, had a great sleep. Comfy pillows and bed.

Just at the top of the hill very close to the highway…

Stay here….the young men that greet you are very hospitable and friendly.

All Covid protocols are setup upon arrival, just call the number at the front desk and someone will be there to show you to your room.

The first room was unmade and the toilet was completely broken. Second room? Large mystery stains all over the sheets and urine stains (and smells) on the comforter.....we left shocked and found other accomodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Kitchen staff were amazing and offered many extra details to the area that we weren't aware of.
Our room was clean and was perfect to sleep in.
if we were to stay there again we would request the first floor. It faces the pool and the town of Woodstock.

My wife and stayed there, Aug 22/23 2014, for the 3rd or 4th time, only to wake in the morning with no power, therefore no shower. The owner said we would have to wait until New Brunswick Power fixed the problem. They would not give a rebate for our current stay and only offered 10 or 15% for our next stay. In good faith, I returned in late September, with first receipt. The same owner said no rebate as the rates were now "off season". When I mentioned social media slamming, he said "the only thing I fear is my god".
We will never return

I stayed at this hotel october 12th, we checked in around 1am and I couldn’t get out fast enough. We checked out at 7am the next morning, it was just a place to lay our heads for the night when driving through NB to get to Montreal. When I first arrived the man at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge my boyfriend and myself. He didn’t know the rate of the night and was not engaging with us whatsoever. When getting into our room the first thing I noticed was how bad the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The room was extremely outdated. When I walked into the bathroom the tub was filled with long black hairs. I was absolutely disgusted, the only reason we didn’t change rooms was because my boyfriend was so exhausted from driving and had already gotten into bed, and we didn’t plan on showering. When checking out the same man was working the desk and didn’t even ask how our stay was. I work in the hotel business (worked in housekeeping for a year and a year in front office staff) the whole experience from check in, the stay and check out was the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced. The room cost us roughly 125$, and it was the worst 125$ I’ve ever spent. I highly recommend staying at a different hotel

Stopped here for 1 night enroute from PEI to Ontario. Just wanted a place to stopover that was clean, quiet and reasonably comfortable. That is exactly what we got. Nothing fancy but it did the trick.
Front desk was very helpful even carried my bag up the stairs to second floor. There is a decent continental breakfast in the morning. My husband loved the bagels (not sure why).
There is a restaurant on site open for dinner from 6-10 pm. Handy if you're tired. We just had sandwiches so we can't vouch for the full menu. They were accommodating to my vegetarian requirements.
The room was small but clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good pressure. Overall I was very pleased for the price I paid.

Would stay here again.

Back side of the building is quiet and has parking for trailers etc.

If you made it this far make sure you check out the worlds longest covered bridge in Hartland.
