The location is very good, close to Outlets and Grocery Store and a nice walk to Restaurants and Principal street. The rooms are a good size but we did not find the room very clean. Floor seemed to have not been cleaned at all.

Well first of all I have to mention the check in woman. Very cheerful and helpful despite the fact she had no air conditioning and it was 30 deg. c. Everything was adequate, but that’s all. Most important to us is that there are no reading lights by the bed. How can that be. Everyone reads in bed. Did not bring shampoo as we assumed that every hotel supplies shampoo, but not here. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. Jacuzzi tub adds nothing to the stay. All furniture looking very worn and tired. Hallways had dirty floors, torn carpets and cleaning supplies left around overnight by the cleaning staff. Apart from all that the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great on the hot night we were there. But the hotel certainly needs freshening up.

Just a quick review: Room itself spacious, comes with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, two pans, some cutlery, a little coffee machine, a table with four chairs, iron + ironing board, hairdryer, TV. Bathroom with mold, towels washed yet with grey stains. :-( Everything worn down, yet alright (except for the mold in the bathroom). BUT we had a toddler with us, who dutifully took of her shoes and had BLACK feet after walking around barefoot. The floor definitely needs to be cleaned as it must be incredibly dirty. Our older one took off her shoes as well, we washed her feet and after walking ONCE through the room we had grey water drops again in the bathtub when we washed her feet. Never seen such a dirty floor, it’s like walking barefoot on a road! :-(((((( WiFi: on and off + rather slow -> not reliable at all Breakfast: Everything offered, yet juice and coffee of low quality. Only plastic/ paper plates, cups and bowls!

I tried reaching out to the Hotel and the company twice before posting my review (Still never received a response from them). This was my experience, the email I sent to the Hotel management team. Good morning, I wish this email reached you on better terms, but the experience my family and I had at your Hotel should not be taken lightly. My family and I booked the Family Jacuzzi Suite on April 20th for a 2 night 3 day stay at your Hotel. This Hotel was referred to us by a family member that had already stayed there and we really like visiting Saint-Sauveur so we thought to try it out. We checked in (April 20th) after dark perhaps around 7-8 pm and were so tired we didn’t even want to unpack. My wife and I just wanted a coffee. At this point the kids looked around the room since this is exciting for children to stay away from home. My wife and I noticed that the room was not restocked or cleaned. We only had 2 towels instead of the 4 for the family size. There was only 1 Mug, 1 Cup, and 1 Plate….ALL dirty, not cleaned from before. Discussed by the fact we needed to wash our own Mug we just wanted Coffee (which there was none), thank god I brought some from home. The coffee was never restocked. I also noticed that the beds had feather pillows and I’m highly allergic to them. I went to the front desk to express politely that we were missing supplies and that the room was not adequate for a family on vacation. I asked the nice receptionist for a Mug, she asked me what color, she was very nice. I told her that we needed the pillows and sheets changed. Since particles from feathers can leave the pillows and leave an essence on the sheets. Even though I received my Mug no one came to change the sheets. Here’s where It starts to get interesting. The whole night I wasn’t able to sleep and had asthma problems. In the morning when the sun was coming through the window I could see that the mattresses were stained (So gross), the skirt around the bottom of the bed had mold on it. I really didn’t feel well at this point so I went to take a shower and the shower curtain was all black along the bottom. At this point I went to the reception to express my concerns and told her that I needed a better room that this. Told her that people expect to come to a Hotel with much higher standards, that this room looked like a very run down 2 ½ apartment that had never been up kept. Because of our complaint she gave us the room next to ours (113) which was room 114 I believe, she gave us the key in advance. We were told that the room beside ours was going to be cleaned and that we would be informed when it’s ready to be entered. By the time it was 7 pm still we did not receive any call, so we went in at that point since the kids needed to be cleaned up and sent to bed. By the 2nd night I was really sick. I had a high fever, and the start of an extremely nasty sinus infection. We didn’t even wait for check out in the morning. We woke up, packed up and left. The sinus infection was so bad by that night arriving at home in turned into a very nasty ear infection (Doctor’s words). That night I went deaf in my left ear. It’s been 3 weeks+ and I still have no hearing in my left ear. The Specialist told me it will clear up in and should get my hearing back gradually over the next 4 weeks. In total that’s 7 weeks without hearing, I had to see 2 Doctor’s before the specialist. Not to mention my wife and 2 daughters all got sick while staying in that room. They extended my Antibiotics because of the severity of my condition. I waited to write this email until my prescription has finished and are more coherent to put this into text. This has caused my problems to my wallet since I had to buy my medication, had to take time off of work, and caused tension between the family member who referred the Hotel to us. I would really appreciate a full refund of the 2 nights that my family and I stayed. The experience and trauma caused to my family staying there was absolutely unacceptable. As for the family member who referred me to this Hotel, I told her I’d wait to write my review until I’ve spoken with the Hotel administration and have received a reply. Regards,

Stayed here 3 days while on family vacation to do some skiing. The room was a family suite and was great. The room had a kitchenette witch was great and very useful. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The sheets on the bed were a bit small as other have noted but not that bad. The location was great and close to food and shopping. You can hit up multiple hills within 10 min drive. Would recommend this place if you want to be close to everything.
