We LOVED our vacation! My dog was so happy to be able to run free and swim (we are from MTL so she doesn’t have a lot of occasions). The Suite was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed. The domaine was so beautiful. We were very surprised to see 2 otters too! We would definitely want to come back.

What a beautiful place. I was eyeing Domaine Summum for some time and was very excited when we were finally allowed to visit (covid-19 provincial restrictions). The location is stunning and our Tango suite was huuge but still felt cozy for two adults and two 50+lbs dogs. Everything was sparkling clean, bring bed and towels for your pooch and some cover if you want them on the bed (we brought flat sheet). One set of smaller elevated bowls was there but we brought our own. It was our first getaway in a long time so we wanted to explore surrounding restaurants, but with the full kitchen and great dinning area and even with a BBQ on deck I wish we would have planned better. We picked DS especially for their dog friendliness and it was truly lovely. They can be off-leash but for those who have runners they could probably find their way out, your dog can also go for a swim in their pristine lake and can also join you on the kayak:-) I loved a ramp for your dog to get easily in/out the water. It was all these little thing that made our stay perfect.

We had booked a stay for my daughter, our Bordoodle and I. We arrived in advance and I called the property number to see if we could check-in in advance. The property owner told us that the check-in is at 5pm, but that we were lucky to have our room ready... and this is where the welcome that could have been nice ends. She kept us on the phone to explain how to get to our location, was super impatient and spoke to us disrespectfully. She kept telling us the manual (explaining the standards of the stay) that we should have read at learned by heart according to her attitude let us (I did not make the Reservation so I never received the document in question). Our unit was below her apartment and she lives there with two or three dogs that we have never seen, but that we heard barking several times (as soon as they saw my dog outside in the morning very early, and at any time without much knowledge of why (one evening around 11:30 they started yapping very loudly and woke us up). Also, we heard his music very late at night. We did not mention any of this to her because her Check-out attitude was so aggressive that we wanted to avoid upsetting her. The location is just beautiful, but the overall experience is definitely not worth a visit. The property owner would do well to entrust the reception to someone else (the housekeeper for example with whom we chatted at length and who was very kind and welcoming) and to rent the two units under her apartment only as a last resort.

I booked a two-night stay for my partner and I as part of a surprise birthday trip. Birgit was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. The place itself is easy to find and very accessible to nearby grocery stores and restaurants.
Checking in and out were quick and easy. We stayed at the Tango suite. It was spacious, cozy and equipped with all the supplies we needed. Birgit was always around to answer our questions, and she suggested activities nearby for us to do as well. We even got a chance to meet her wonderful Bernese Mountain Dogs and go for a walk together on one of the trails on the property.
Thank you Birgit for your hospitality! We will definitely make it a priority to come back for another stay next time we visit.

Domaine Summum is not your typical Tremblant cottage, it's so much more. The suites are very well maintained and spacious, you instantly feel at home when you step through the door. But what makes Domain Summum special is everything outside of the suites; from the well manicured walking trails, to the beautiful fire pits, and the stunning lake, and most importantly dogs can roam freely throughout the property.
We first went to Domaine Summum back in the fall of 2021, and had the most amazing experience. When we received the news that our dog had a short time left to live, we immediately booked a weekend getaway to Domaine Summum because we could not think of a more fitting send off.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway to spend quality time with your dog, there is simply no better place to go.

We have been going to Domaine Summum for approximately 8 years now. It has become our dogs & our favorite summer get away from the city. The Tango & Salsa suites are rustic & calming, with a perfect view of the lake from the windows. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is supplied & the beds are simply "heavenly". Great walking trails that are always well maintained, outdoor dining & lounge area and a cozy little romantic fire pit area where you can sit back, relax & enjoy the beauty of a starry nite with a crackling fire.🔥 🥰 Even when everything is booked, it's still peaceful and quiet........ as if you are alone in the solitude of nature! Birgit & Shel are great hostesses; leaving you to feel like part of their family and not just a guest. Thank you for offering dogs of all sizes and breeds to run freely and engage in their holiday however they so choose. Domaine Summum is the best place we have discovered to stay, conviently located near Mont Tremblant . Our second stay . Birgit is an excellent host , the cabins are spectacularly clean and very comfortable. It is nice to be able to cook . It’s also a wonderful dog friendly place with treats too . Highly recommend.

Picture walking into a winter wonderland as the sun is coming up in the morning. It has snowed the night before so the trees are laden with snow and yours are the only (human) footprints in the snow. Your beloved dog is by your side. You wait until you are down the path a little bit, just enough to be away from any chance of meeting a car and it happens ~ you let your dog go and the pure joy that your dog experiences as he literally jumps through the snow and I swear he his smiling ~ this is the experience that you and your beloved pet can have at Domaine Summum. It fact, it is encouraged and it is the entire focus of the resort.
For the humans though, the room we rented was just perfect. You walk in and can smell the amazing smell of the wood, everything is spotless, you have everything you need and you will feel comfortable and relaxed instantly. The resort is also very close to the town and the road is well maintained. No bouncing down a "backroad" to get to this resort. We were there the morning after a snow storm and the road was already cleared. We really did have a wonderful time. If you are looking for a place where you and your dog really are welcomed and you don't have to spend your time worrying that your dog will bark a little bit because it hears a strange noise or that other guests don't really want your dog there ~ then look no further. You are going to love this place, it really is perfect.

Such a great concept to allow us to go on vacation and bring our dogs with us. I very much enjoyed this premise. The Condo was all finished in Wood which is very nice and magical. The open space is very welcoming and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we had an amazing sleep. We very much enjoyed the beautiful lake and absolute peace that reigns around. The owner is very welcoming and ready to assist at any moment. At night it was so much fun to make a fire outside and cook some marshmallows. There is also a BBQ that we used to cook some steaks and Chicken. Our dogs were so happy and welcomed there. The proximity to Mont Tremblant is great, in no time you have access to the Town and National Parks around. It was a great vacation for us and we will definitely go back to further discover the Mont Tremblant National Parks around.
