We (my partner and a good friend of ours), just came back from our biking trip on the P'tit Train du Nord. We spent 2 nights here and loved it! The hotel is so warm and charming, as were the staff. We loved the historical feel of the building and where it was situated in the quiet part of Mont Tremblant village. Our room was small, but sufficient for the two of us, had a renovated bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, individual A/C, very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean, and quiet!!
The hotel provides inside safe storage for the bikes, and it was a pleasure to just roll them out and get immediately onto the bike path the first day. We also really enjoyed walking around the small town and the sweet views from the little beach right there.
We ate dinner twice at the downstairs restaurant due to the convenience, after long and busy days. The service was so warm and helpful, and the food was yummy!!! Lots of options that could keep you happy for a few dinners.
The first morning we went into the more major part of Mont Tremblant for a great breakfast place recommended by the staff - 10 min drive (at the most), lots of easy free parking. The second morning we went immediately next door to a cafe that had yummy breakfast options as well. We also went to a little market up the street to get a few basics we wanted in our rooms.
Others have pointed out that this is probably not the best place for families. You do need to be able to drag your suitcases up one or more flights of stairs, but at ages 68 and 66, we were able to manage that.
If you want quiet, convenience to that section of the bike path, comfortable, clean, basic rooms, access to great food in the less crowded part of town, and can handle some stairs, this is your place!!! We stayed somewhere else our third night, and all agreed we preferred Hotel Mont Tremblant - we are already talking about coming back next year!

We had a room on the second floor (up two sets of stairs) that was perfect for our use with a queen sized bed, mini-fridge, and updated washroom. The room was very clean. We enjoyed being close to many of the Tremblant activities (5 minutes drive to ski resort, cross country skiing, spa, etc) while not having the crowds from the Tremblant resort area. We were impressed by the high level of customer service at the front desk and restaurant. All of our servers were very friendly. The food in the on-site restaurant was good value (we had the free breakfast every day and also ate from the bar and restaurant menus). The bar ambiance was great as the bar appeared to be a local hangout.

Our room was on the first floor, up one flight of stairs (I don't think there is an elevator). The entire inn was charmingly decorated for Christmas, including a small artificial tree in our room! The room was a pretty decent size, with enough room to walk on all sides without feeling squished. There was a refrigerator in the room and also a bench, which was a very handy surface. Furniture and décor was the knotty pine country look, which the inn pulled off without it looking cheesy. The bathroom was pretty basic and could use a refresh, but I did appreciate the bathtub. A full breakfast was included, served in the restaurant at the front of the inn and was delicious. We also ate a tasty dinner in the restaurant, which served both casual fare and more refined dishes. As many have mentioned, the restaurant and bar was full of locals, whom the staff all seemed to know. To me this added to the appeal of the place, even though we may not have gotten the same level of attention as the locals.

I had booked the room for snowboarding trip this past season (end of January 2022). Unfortunately Canada boarder had some issue with my Covid-19 test date so I couldn’t make it across the boarder. With that said, I had to cancel the booking on the same day. I tried calling but it was after hours so I sent email instead. The hotel staff was very understanding and professional by responding back to me the next morning and helping with the cancellation and refund. They were very considerate and inviting me back when the situation becomes better. I will definitely book them if I go back there.

If you have luggage, small kids or you are an older tourist make note, there is no elevator! First floor is up a steep flight of stairs and then more stairs! You will have to drag your luggage up and down! If you are young and strong, no problem! The room was very big , clean and the mattresses comfortable. There is no microwave but there is a convenient coffee machine . The refrigerator is very very tiny, if you come with kids there is hardy room for a couple of small boxes or cans. Our sink was clogged and one lamp was not working. The concierge was friendly and very helpful.

Everyone here was very friendly and made us feel so welcome. Customer service is so important and that’s exactly what we had and even when I wasn’t feeling so well they all checked up on me to see if I was okay. They were all so genuine and amazing. I highly recommend this place to go to if you want the bestest people! We were greeted by Remy the hotel manager. He was professional, pleasant and courteous. Our room was immaculate, small, and most comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant eating our excellent lunch and soaking up the sun. It was very convenient and close to everything. We would stay here again!!

We just had an amazing stay at the Hotel Mont Tremblant. The staff here are amazing, super friendly and are happy to help. Just a 7 minute drive to the slopes of Mont Tremblant ski hill! Perfect location for adults travelling without kids. The hotel rooms are basic and some don’t have mini fridges but you can ask for a cooler with ice and they are happy to oblige. The breakfast included is very good and service is excellent. We dined in the on site restaurant, Au Coin, and the food was also good with reasonable prices. Restaurant atmosphere is pub style so if you’re looking for something fancier this isn’t your place. Although they do have quite a variety on the menu. Free skating and a variety store for quick snacks or drinks are also within a 2 minute walk. If you’re an easy going person who is happy with a clean, friendly and simple hotel then this is your place. If you want all the amenities then you’re better off staying at the Mont Tremblant village for a much higher price.

We have no complaints. We stayed in an updated room (214) and it was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were very nice, shower and bathroom are updated which is nice. TV is small and internet is a bit spotty but those are minor details in a town with lots to do. The room comes with breakfast, which has choices and not your average chain hotel breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
