We were overall happy to find one night accommodation at this Auberge during a busy holiday summer albeit during covid times. Check in went smoothly except it took a bit of getting used to all the codes required to enter front and room door. We stayed in a king size room on the main floor. The room was smaller than expected but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. I liked the hardwood floors and the fridge provided. There wasn't any counter space except for tiny night tables but we managed. The bathroom was fairly spacious with a good size shower. Fresh fluffy towels were provided. The room was nice and quiet. Wifi worked fine. AC worked well and was quiet! The only complaint is that the TV was difficult to operate with no instructions. At the last minute we figured out that we needed to turn the monitor on and follow the instructions instead of using the remote to start up. Also the reception is only staffed for a few hours of the day so if you have a problem or concern, there is no one to call. Because of COVID, there was no breakfast service but there was a coffee machine which turned out very good complimentary coffee. Plentiful parking on premises. We found the room price a bit rich for what we reserved ie $217 taxes all in, but then again, these are unusual times and we were happy to stay somewhere clean, comfortable and safe.…
The director of this hotel is a dictator and rude,is arrogance and insulting manners should not be tolerated.Im have not met the owners yet and trying to reach them to say there nice little auberge is being run my a maniac...Because of him i do not recommend this hotel...It is sad that such people exist in the tourist industry...
Very happy with my stay here. Good size room, very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, close to town. Owner/Manager called me prior to arrival to ensure I knew the details of the property, which I appreciated. Check in was easy and quick. Very good and nutritious breakfast, clean and well-appointed common areas and breakfast area. Very ample parking. Will stay again when visiting Mont Tremblant next time.
We stayed here on the 2nd day of our cycling trip on P'tit Train du Nord. When booking I thought the hotel would be very near the bike path. To our surprise we still had more than 2 miles to the hotel & ALL UPHILL. There is NO main desk you have to enter the entrance door code supplied and then go to your room and use another code. We somehow got the wrong front door code and had to call the number on the door. Eventually the manager, who lived on the pre to premises showed up. There was NO enclosed place for our trikes although he offered the workout room. It would be very difficult to get these 3 wheeled vehicles up the stairs. Eventually we locked them behind the room where the manager lives so no problem. Our room was VERY Basic-clean, very small bathroom although there was a tub. I managed to plug it up to take a welcomed bath. Whole place air conditioned but we opened windows to cool off. Breakfast like a 2 star motel/hotel but hey not the most expensive place to stay. We paid $105. But again the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. And just think of all the exercise we got!!!…
Loved this place. Arrived to a bilingual reception. Was offered the big house next door to the office for the same rate as the new Lofts. This is such a beautiful spot. The hot tubs are amazing. The rooms are big and the whole house was spotless. The view is breathtaking. You can see the mountain and ski village from your balcony. The Lake is a 3 minute walk. Tremblant Village is a 5 minute drive. We will definitely be going again.
