1 min to walk to the ski lifts from the back door. Very convenient. Very clean white bed sheets and towels. Good breakfast! Hotel services are also excellent! The only negative thing is the hot spa is full of leaves and not hot enough. I didn’t see anyone using the hot spa.

Hotel's Favourite
A last minute ski vacation to a new resort. Homewood Suites were recommended by my daughters. On line reviews suggested that this was a ski in/ski out hotel. On arrival a lack of snow meant this was not the case - a 2-3 minute walk to the snow was required. We arrived late evening (equivalent of 2-3am UK time) so was a little tired. Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our one bedroom apartment we were very pleased with what we saw, even more so when i opened the blinds in the morning to see we had a mountain view. Bed was comfy, pillows were on the soft side for my taste. Bathroom was an adequate size and more importantly - clean. TV's in both the lounge area and bedroom. kitchen area was ok and came with a microwave. We had a defective/dangerous kettle (it sparked when trying to get it to work). A quick call to the front desk and a new kettle arrived in under 5 mins - very impressed. Staff member stayed to ensure it worked. Breakfast was included and was reasonable. Nothing to shout about but there were sufficient options to keep us happy. Staff were pleasant and very friendly. As a non-french speaker, they did not assume I spoke French which i appreciated. All in, this was a good recommendation and a pleasant 10 days were spent at the hotel. Would we return to this hotel, yes we would if we returned to the resort.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. Comfortable room with a fully equipped kitchen, where we cooked meals from scratch on several of the days. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping staff were great, as all minor concerns addressed quickly either by front desk or housekeeping. We loved how close we were to the slopes, not quite ski in and out but like 50m from the lifts. Proper locked ski storage was a huge plus. The beautiful outdoor hot tub was the perfect temperature, and the dry sauna was awesome as well, we utilized both pretty much on all days after our ski adventures. Breakfast every morning was the standard eggs, sausage, hash for the hot portion and cereals, yogurt, fruit for the cold - we enjoyed it because it tasted fresh to us on at least 4 out of the 5 days. Little details like crushed walnuts and raisins for the cereals and the availability of hot oats was really nice. One day we were scrambling and arrived just as the stations were closing so no surprise there that breakfast was not as good. Indoor parking was available on site. Special shout out to the professional staff at the front desk, one lady seemed to be there all day and night on all five days haha so it appeared, and she was always willing to help. Tip: if anybody in the party has mobility issues be sure to request a room on one level. We will return on our next trip to Mount Tremblant.

Right in the heart of the village, they do a great job of being central and in the mix of everything and keeping a calm atmosphere. This is a delicate balance! Definitely request a room on the “quiet side” of the hotel though just know they can never really guarantee quiet because you really are right in the heart of everything and people are loud! I got extremely lucky and had a great experience but I also travel with a white noise machine and this shows you how much I value sleep :) A few notes: - staff are incredibly fast and responsive to any needs (fire logs, TP etc). - breakfast was “meh” if you’re into eating healthy. I am VG/GF and ended up checking it out but deciding to cook my own food - I found the room spacious especially for being right in the village - parking (heated garage) is a bit tight if you have a big SUV but it’s super convenient - overall highly recommend! -

We departed from Mont-Tremblant yesterday. From room service to the dining staff, everyone was very friendly, and Juliet at the front desk, in particular, was outstanding. It was evident that she was genuinely dedicated to meeting the customers' needs. The establishment was efficiently run, and its location was the best. All four members of our family had a delightful time during our stay.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay for Christmas in a 1 bedroom suite. I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept and comfortable our unit was since I had read many reviews saying rooms were outdated. Again room was very comfortable, clean and updated beautifully! Free breakfast was ok, but a very convenient option. Location in my opinion is best in entire pedestrian village. Main village square on one side and the mountain on the other. My one complaint was that upon check in we asked about rooms with a Mountain View, whether for our stay at the time or a future one and were told the hotel does not offer views of the mountain when clearly they do. We were rushed into “you take the room assigned for you or Leave” kind of response. We are high tier Hilton honors members, it was a very special birthday celebration and we would’ve gladly payed for an upgrade if we had an option to do so. Aside from that rushed check in experience I would say it was a very good and comfortable stay.

Beautiful location and excellent service. We loved the hotel and the service that Jeanne (front desk) gave us. Thank you for everything you did for us! The room was amazing and comfortable with a view to the village.

This hotel has good location of ski in and ski out. So we came back second time for the ski season. But we were disappointed at check in process. There was zero recognition of our diamond status. We did not receive any benefit at this hotel. When we asked for room upgrade, the check in lady did not even bother to look into it, just gave us the old excuse that hotel was fully booked. When we showed that still a few room categories are available to book on the hilton app, we were told the app has system errors. We see no point to stick to Hilton loyalty. Next time, we will give a try of other ski in and ski out hotels in this area.

This is the dingiest hotel we have stayed in. The whole hotel needs updating, refurbishing, painting, new furniture etc. The queen bed was an even smaller double bed-very soft and uncomfortable. The living room area had a hideous fireplace which you had to buy the logs for-thereby adding to the already extortionate price of the room! The breakfast was one of the poorest with uncleared and unclean tables. We would never stay here again nor recommend it.

It was a great stay, I think that it is a little pricey, but most are in this area. I would have loved a make your own waffles in the breakfast area. The breakfast area otherwise had a good variety was VERY clean and maintained well. I loved the temperature of the pool, and it was rainy and cool but the pool was still nice to get into. So thanks for keeping it heated nicely. The Queen bed fitted sheet will NOT stay on. I had read this in previous reviews and it is true. But other than that it was a perfect stay. The kitchen was perfect to make our dinners in and we loved the loft bedroom, so fun. Great location in Mont Tremblant, as we were here for my husband's Ironmen.
