Detailed Reviews
Extremely convenient location in the Tremblant Resort village - with a short walk to the Cabriolet lift while being a little more secluded (and therefore less noisy). Room was cozy and spacious with many amenities for eating in if you like. The breakfast (included) was plentiful and while it was continental, it did include boiled eggs and cold cuts for those wanting something more substantial. Service was excellent.

We stayed here for 3 nights in October, in a one bedroom suite. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. It looked out onto trees and the mirror lake. At night it was very quiet: no noise from the retail/food area of the town.
Parking was easy in the underground garage. It is a very short walk to the main pedestrianised area of town.
Breakfast was included in our rate and there was a good selection of breakfast foods to choose from.
Staff at the front desk were always friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay here again were I to revisit Mont Tremblant.

Nice hotel, nice rooms, nice setting. Underground parking under the hotel is great, very convenient. The parking garage is warm (or at least seemed that way compared to the outside temperature). Downside is if you have a big or long vehicle it can be quite a challenge to maneuver due to the tight space. Elevators are close to parking with luggage carts available.
Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Skiers/snowboarders/outdoor enthusiasts NEED a good breakfast. Food was the same thing every day (cubed cheese, hard boiled eggs, rolled lunch meat, yogurt that you spooned onto your plate or bowl (gross, need individual yogurt cups), toast, bagels, jam, peanut butter, cream cheese. Mostly a COLD breakfast. The cereal choices were bran and corn flakes. That's it. No fun cereals for kids. Pre-packaged Quaker oatmeal was available. Would have preferred waffles and scrambled eggs, like many hotels serve (you know, a hot breakfast).
The controversial croissants (see other reviews) were not actual croissants; rather, they were rectangular savory pastries that were the size of a deck of cards (maybe they had the classic crescent shaped croissants in the past, but I digress). Only spinach was available and you had to ask for them even though they were right there in a case (super weird and awkward) and they were cold. Coffee served at breakfast was horrible (no taste, weak). Only saving grace was the Keurig in the room.
Ermitage du Lac is located at the bottom of the resort. When I say "bottom" it's because the resort goes uphill. You have to walk up a fairly steep and long hill to get to the restaurants and shops along the way (there are stairs available). Just something to keep in mind. Food in the resort is, of course, overpriced and not that great.
HIGHLY recommend driving 20 minutes into town to the IGA grocery store (or the stores adjacent to it) and getting groceries for breakfast and lunch. Our rooms had a fridge and microwave. Only of the rooms had a stovetop (request one when you book if you want this). We did fine eating sandwiches, heating up soup in the microwave, and putting sourdough or French bread in it. Also bought cheese and chips to snack on, plus our own pastries for breakfast.
Hot tub needs painting.
Would we stay again? No, not worth it for what we paid.

My husband and I went on a Thursday/Friday, and stayed in room 101. He skied while I worked from the hotel room. This got one star for the awesome bathroom. It has a rainfall shower head with a hand-held component, but the controls are a complete guess - literally. Two knobs but they control not only temperature but also where the water comes from - spout? Handheld? Rainfall shower head? Who knows! How do you change the temperature? Keep messing with them! You might get lucky! The room - the living room was TINY - we didn't fully pull out the couch (which has been burned on one arm) but if it would pull out all the way without hitting the fireplace on the wall across from it I'd be shocked. The fireplace glass is filthy and made us wonder when it was last inspected/serviced. The tv, for some bizarre reason, is to the far right of the room in the corner, and it's tiny - maybe a 42"? The worst part was the hot tub. We've stayed at other hotels in Tremblant with jacuzzies outside, and thoroughly enjoyed them - but here, the patio is not heated, there's a slope from the door from the hotel to the jacuzzi, and even though I wore Birkenstocks and a robe, I slipped several times. When I took off my Birks, I slipped and almost fell, but did hurt my back with my less-than-stellar recovery. The jacuzzi has cracks in the bottom, and needs a paint job, but the jets just don't work. You largely get from a very weak flow to an almost-mediocre flow from the jets. This suite is fine if you don't get claustrophobic, but the main living area truly is...squished.

We stayed at Ermitage du lac in mid August and the reservation was a breeze, note that if you’re booking through a third party the picture of the room might not be the one you get.
Please when booking specify your preferences, I witnessed a woman yell at the receptionist because she “requested the balcony” but couldn’t provide proof of it, she went on to say she had priority over everyone because she had been there for over 8 times. I was waiting with a toddler and a 3 week old newborn while she blabbed and was rude to the poor receptionist (make receptionist who is actually a very helpful and outstanding person). I just can’t believe such people exist, so the only room with a balcony belonged to someone staying for 5 days (hello! that was us) and she demanded to have that room but thank God the receptionist gracefully stood his ground. Please don’t be a Karen, anyways while she looked for the email she knew she didn’t have (to show she requested a balcony even though it was common sense the she was to get a room with balcony) the receptionist apologized even though he had no fault and checked us in. It literally took less than 3 min and we were given our key card and instructions about the hotel.
The hotel looks very nice and in great shape, I think it was recently renovated. It’s wheelchair and stroller accessible from beginning to end, they have underground parking (15$/day). I did see a lot of parents with kids and well with the scene my kids put up, it’s safe to say the hotel is newborn/ toddler friendly.
The room was clean, great floor plan and well equipped for a short term stay. I liked the location of the hotel as it’s directly in the city but to the side so you don’t listen to the noisy people at night. The sanitation staff is really helpful and friendly.
The breakfast is very mediocre but the cappuccino is delicious 😋 the pool is a. I’ve size and very clean, there’s a lifeguard on duty (depends if they wanna show up) and the water was murky (I guess from everyone’s sunblock). There’s a decent sized jacuzzi but the water is not hot but you still can chill there at night.
I’d definitely return, my daughter enjoyed the pool and I loved our room and our view (pool view)/l hotel entrance. Great hotel at a great rate!

Initially we weren’t sure why this hotel was only 3 star but a few areas were lacking. Not a particularly warm welcome at reception but warmed up during our stay. Both rooms were amazing, good size with bedroom and kitchen/seating area and a huge bath. Kitchen was great but would be nice to know we had this facility beforehand and we’d have bought food to save a bit of money in the expensive resort. Small balcony (though didn’t feel entirely safe with rotting wood!) with stunning view of the lake. Pool area was tiny and always had too many people around it to feel accessible, the gym was three basic machines. Breakfast was sufficient but not enough places to sit so you have the option to eat in your room, which worked well for us. We enjoyed our stay despite the weather and some of the amenities being closed.

We stayed for a couple nights here. We had stayed in a one bedroom condo and it was lovely. I would definitely stay here again, the room was very clean and well organized with lots of space.
We didn’t do skiing this year since we had our little guy who is just too little for skiing just yet, but it was nice to be in such close walking proximity to the village.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star was I just wished they had some more hot items for breakfast, otherwise we would have purchased some actual breakfast items for ourselves.
Overall, we had a great stay check in was quick and anyone we encountered was very friendly ! We would definitely be back again

Poor Inn. Toilets clog systematically and it is up to the customer to unclog them with a suction cup provided for this purpose in the bathroom!.The restaurant room has 16 seats, completely undersized compared to the number of rooms. Breakfast food is not worth a visit. This property is not worthy of a 4 star! To avoid

Johanie and the entire staff were absolutely phenomenal when our travel plans were interrupted. They assisted us in exploring multiple routes back home and provided support in helping us determine transportation back to the States. I have never met a more attentive, kind, empathetic and helpful staff than here. Outside of this, the rooms were clean and in the middle of town -- there is nothing else we could've asked for. We will absolutely be back and will recommend to anyone coming to mont tremblant

Had the deluxe room for three of us (couple and friend); we were quite satisfied. Having a fridge, plates and utensils was good for meat & cheese type light meals. Room and bed were comfortable. Location is fine - not far from the cabriolet and truthfully, everything in the village is really close together.
Honestly, it seemed as though most places in the village are pretty similar - can’t really go wrong unless you have very particular or unusual requirements. Breakfast was light but who wants to eat a huge meal before skiing anyway. Tip- if you go to breakfast early you can see the deer and turkeys literally right outside the window. I guess they give them some feed. Outdoor hot tub was fine. No complaints about the service, front desk was welcoming and helpful. Price was right in line with every other place in the village. Overall, satisfied with this hotel.

Yes, we had a hair dryer in our room. The room we had was a bit of a time share thing so I can't say for sure all rooms have one but I'd be surprised if they didn't
I'm not sure that you have to reserve the indoor parking but you can contact the hotel to make sure.
