Upon arrival, the receptionist was rude and not professional. The room is ok, however, it is not possible to watch a movie or rent one in the room, no bathrobes available either. Would recommend to a sports team, not to anyone looking to enjoy your stay.

General Impressions & Price: In general, I think we overpaid for this hotel, but at the same time, there was nothing particularly wrong with the hotel (i.e. to echo another review, it was pretty average-to-nice). I'm sure it was mentioned somewhere and I didn't read it, but I wasn't happy to find out I had to pay an extra $15 (plus tax) at Reception to pay for parking. -Location: Situated right in the Village (which is extremely convenient), with a side-door that exits near the bottom of the Free Gondola, Beavertails (Queues de Castor), and the pottery/arts-type shop. -Staff: Very friendly -Room: Very nice, didn't make use of the kitchen or amenities but those were nice additions, and the balcony was great during hot days for an afternoon drink. - COVID: Glad to see the use of hand sanitizers and social distancing in line, though without the use of the pool and the gym, the hotel definitely loses quite a bit of its former value (its extremely prime location is what retains its value right now)

Room Tip: Try to ask for a balcony with a great view in advance - not sure if that makes it more $$

We are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (15 & 7yo), from Toronto, Ontario. It was our first visit to this beautiful place, Mont Tremblant. The hotel was ok, nothing special. Room is pretty small, a little bit old, but overall is good for two nights which we spent there. The price was ok. Staff is great! Thanks!

1. Staff was not nice at all, aggressive with kids 2. I smell cigarettes in a non smoking room 3. Once we complained, the owner wrote that there was nobody in the hotel, because of Covid 19 so he doubted that there is a smoke smell. I invited him to visit me at my room to check but he never replied back 4. Was A bad experience overall although the location is good.

We stayed in this hotel, during winter and it definitely is good value for money. The location is just perfect, just at the bottom of the first lift uphill to the skiing area of Mont-Tremblant, where they offer some really good slopes. Additionally, it is located at the bottom of the Scandinavian-style skiing-village of Mont-Tremblant which is very cosy. You will not get a top notch hotel experience in terms of quality, but for 3 stars, it is fine and the staff/service is very friendly. You are able to access the hottub, gym and dry-sauna as well, which is a nice relieve after a day of skiing or hiking. The only real big disadvantage in our view is the fact that they don’t have a nice lobby or hotel bar. There are a lot of alternative restaurants or bar in the village, but sometimes it is nice as well to just stay inside to get a drink as well. Concluding, we would definitely go back again.
