This is a comfortable and reasonably priced suites hotel in Tremblant. Our studio suite was generously sized with more than enough floor space for our family of four. And, the location is really great for a well priced hotel in the Tremblant Resort. The studio room we were in featured a Queen size bed (very firm mattress), pull out sofa,...

We stayed for 3 nights at the Tour des Voyageur (TDV) II in a one queen bedroom suite with a mountain view. The TDV II was renovated in April 2016 and is a smaller separate building away from the TDV I. Check-in and the front desk is located at the TDV I and its a short walking distance to the...

The hotel has the basics, but is in dire need of a renovation. Check in process is slow and frustrating. Arrived early for our 4 pm check in time. Didn't expect to get into the room, but needed to arrange parking. One desk clerk, serving a long line of folks (roughly 6 - 8 families). Once we had our parking,...

We stayed at Tour des voyageurs. The hotel is very nice and clean with full kitchen. It also comes with unlimited gondola. Leaves colour was at its peak when we visited in first week of October. I will definitely recommend.

I made this reservation one year in advance for the ironman race. Upon arrival I noticed the line to register was out the door as there was one person at the service desk. Now, when the town knows there will be 2700 participants with their families how does a hotel just have one person? The room was clean upon entering...

We arrived to check into our hotel on Thursday afternoon, the weekend of Ironman Mont Tremblant. We had made our reservation a full year in advance, to be sure that we were in this hotel, near the finish line of the race. When we checked in, the hotel clerk told us we made a reservation up the mountain. I told...

When one pays close to $200 per night at a hotel, you would expect an interior that does not remind you of the 1970's. And in this day and age, no hotel safe? This has meant having to carry all valuables with me during this stay. Very frustrating. Additionally, one would also expect the cleaning service to stop by and...

I stayed five nights on a family vacation. On my first night I got a decent sleep. The rest of the time, every night, there were late night parties with drunken fools yelling and banging around and doing the noisy ski boot boogie as late as two or three in the morning. On two of the nights eventually security plus...

I agree with Deborah X. The petit senior lady with long grey hair should NOTbe in the hospitality business. She was curt and aggressive. The front dek staff were overwhelemed and whilst trying to help guests, they also had to answer the phone, presumably from other guests. Usually, most hotels have a seperate operator for this. The hotel is in...
