WE felt so fortunate to have found this gem! Our gracious hosts offered a bottle of wine at cost upon learning that we had missed the NSLC. WE took them up on their suggestion as to where to eat-and the meal was delicious. WE returned to the BNB with Port awaiting us for a nightcap. Breakfast was DEVINE, accompanied by Michael's herbal bouquet on the table. We took a hike around the town, and were so glad that David suggested we view the town from across the harbour. All and all this was a most memorable time, and we hope to return someday.

My husband and I stayed at Pelham House and couldn’t have been happier. Michael and David are warm and welcoming hosts. Our room was on the main floor, large and beautifully decorated. We loved the little closet that had been converted to a coffee and tea bar. And for those of you who enjoy tea, there were several flavours and milk in the fridge if needed. We had a deck off our room - perfect spot for a glass of wine. Breakfast was simply incredible - all homemade including the jam. We can’t recommend Pelham House strongly enough.

Can't recommend Pelham House high enough. Michael and David are fabulous hosts and cooks. The BnB is spacious with lots of porch vistas, beautiful garden, historic elements, and fabulous gourmet breakfast. Quiet, large rooms with private baths, wifi, incoming light. I'll be back!

We are so pleased that you and your friends were able to come down for a couple of nights from Halifax for a birthday getaway and of course we're especially pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Pelham House so much. It was a real pleasure meeting you and getting to know you and we sincerely hope that you'll return for perhaps another birthday gathering. Or maybe just for a change of pace.

We loved our two might stay at the Pelham House with our Hosts David and Michael. Every detail of the home was beautiful. The home is within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and nooks to keep you entertained. We did have a car and ventured to nearby areas also. Michael is an amazing chef and he outdid himself on our wonderful breakfasts. Would love to visit again. Thank you, David and Michael for the wonderful B&B.

Michael and David were excellent hosts and prepared a delicious breakfast each morning. Started with fresh fruit prepared and plated, then moved to a hearty plate of breakfast dishes. One morning was wild blueberry pancakes and the next was omelets with fresh vegetables. The bacon was local and tasty. Our room was quite large with a separate sitting area. The beds were comfortable and I especially enjoyed the pillows. The location of the inn was convenient to the hops and dining in Lunenburg.

Thanks very much, Jag! We're so pleased you had a good time in Lunenburg. Breakfasts are a highlight at Pelham house so we're delighted that you enjoyed them. I do just want to clarify that we do have one large bedroom on the ground floor, facing the harbour with a private deck. Otherwise, the other three rooms are one flight up. Thanks again and we hope you'll be able to return to Lunenburg.
