Myself, husband, and 2 friends booked into Rum Runner Inn on Saturday. We were greeted with a warm welcome from Tim, and given the keys and a receipt with lots of information. We had room 1 which was spotless and had a very comfortable bed. The balcony over looking the water front is just perfect. We would definitely return to stay.

We had booked 2 rooms 8 months ago (book early) and I wasn't aware of what rooms we had, just happy to have rooms. We were met at the front door/desk by Tim who had our room keys, receipt and details in an envelope. Fastest check-in in History! Tim was great and in 30 seconds we were in our immaculate rooms. My friends had a beautiful 2 beds, and I had a massive King in my room with a spacious Veranda overlooking Lunenberg Harbour, the Blue Nose and the rest of the water and boats. Room for 8 people on our "deck", never had this before. I remember visiting Lunenberg before and looking up at these Veranda rooms and thinking, "One day I would like to sit there and take in the view. WOW!! We suggest booking rooms at the Rum Runner and start "Living the Life" !!! Jeff #

This is the place to stay in Lunenburg! Clean, very comfy beds, professional and oh so friendly and helpful staff. Close to restaurants and a beautiful view of the harbour. Driving distance from all the best beaches. Walking distance to everything else. Don't miss this great inn.

Lunenburg is a beautiful place to vacation and the Rum Runner Inn was the perfect spot to stay. Gorgeous room, great views, and located right in the heart of Downtown Lunenburg! We will be back to Lunenburg and will stay at the Rum Runner Inn, next time for multiple nights!

My husband and I have stayed here a few times. It never disappoints. We book early so that we get one of the larger rooms with the covered oceanfront deck. It’s such a great spot to enjoy the view with a glass of wine (or 2 or 3….). The Rum Runner is very conveniently located right in town just steps from all the great restaurants and shops. And to top it off, the service is exemplary. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and always with a smile. You can’t go wrong with the Rum Runner.

Had a fantastic two night stay here. Perfect location, room was big and bright. Comfortable bed! Clean. Great location. Staff were excellent and definitely wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Nice little balcony that over looks the waterfront.

Was so excited to come here and stay at the “best place”! Couldn’t check in until 4pm, which was inconvenient, but do-able. No phones in the room, so no help with TV during rainstorm, even though I called the front desk on my cell phone. Not sure why I paid $200 for this room with only a view of the back street. My bad. Nice bed and sheets, though.

We were forced to cancel two previous trips or the Inn due to lockdowns and so was very pleased when we could go ahead with our third booking. Tim the owner was very helpful with our booking as there was some confusion with computers going down. We had a lovely room overlooking the water with a lovely deck. The room was large and was spotlessly clean. Tim and his staff were great, very helpful with any enquires we had. The Inn is in a perfect location and hopefully we will get back there soon.

Loved our stay at the Rum Runner Inn! Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The glassed-in sunroom was a bonus. Staff were very organized, professional, friendly, and helpful. All amenities were within easy walking distance. Definitely will return.

We went for a two day mini break and wished we could have stayed much longer. The staff were amazing, helpful, gracious, and accommodating, . The views were wonderful, the suite and room were clean, comfortable, and above what we were anticipating. A short walk to gift shops and restaurants, and across the street from the wharf and Museum. We would definitely go back and would highly recommend this incredible Inn to anyone visiting Lunenburg.
