My fiancé took me there last week for one night stay and he purchased the dinner and breakfast option as well. I have to say the lodge was great for pictures. And I loved that it’s right there by Emerald Lake. However, I do agree...More

Expensive but that's typical in the parks in the summer. If the rooms were updated and fragrance free I would stay there again. The views and the grounds, especially all the wild flowers, were stunning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was very,...More

We went to Emerald Lake Resort to attend a wedding. The wedding was stunning and very enjoyable. This and the view is what made this trip memorable. However the resort itself we found to be very overpriced for the service we received and the amenities.

After reading some of the negative reviews on Trip Advisor we were concerned about our booking at the Emerald Lake Lodge - we need not have worried! My husband and I had a lakeside room and a standard room for our son. They were clean,...More

This place has the most gorgeous views, and for that reason alone, I would have given it 5 stars. I did remove one star because we lost power and water for a short time (about 5 - 10 minutes), and the coffee was bad, but...More

Greetings, Thank you for letting us know about your visit with us! We apologize regarding the issue with the power blinking out, as this is very uncommon for the lodge. We hope to be able to host you again in the future for a seamless...More

Of all the accommodation we stayed at in Canada this was by far the most disappointing. Expensive and in need of a facelift. I would choose somewhere else.

There was a "boil water notice" when we stayed Thursday August 31st. But the rooms had bottled water stocked. We used the shower without any issues. Our big concern was the mouse we found in our room.
