What a lovely spot to wind down and relax. Cosy, knotty pine lined rooms, very clean, lovely pools, public and private, breakfast included which was delicious. Bar was fine for supper, they were playing a quiz game, lots of fun, food was good.

This was the last stop of our Alberta car trip, and the best part was the hot springs. Totally wonderful, we enjoyed that very much. The hotel is okay, has probably seen better days as far as decor. We had a room on the upper level not far from the parking lot, but had a balcony overlooking the landscape, quite...

we attended the 3 day weekend package that included 2 wine receptions, all breakfasts and dinners as well as the very pleasant hotel guest thermal hot pool. We attended the same event last year and had to do it again. We met some very interesting people, had great conversations and enjoyed the cheese, etc. with the wine samples of BC...

We stayed recently with our hockey team for a tournament. They went beyond what any other hotel does for hockey teams. They had rooms setup in the lower level for the kids to hang out in (playing mini sticks, Xbox, movies, etc) so that they weren't running around bothering other guests. The attached hot springs was beautiful and the Christmas...

We were in Fairmont for a hockey tournament in Canal Flats. I don't think the decor has changed in the rooms for decades. Although it is well kept and very clean, the resort needs to renovate if they want to charge the prices they do for such dated rooms. If it weren't for hockey tournaments in the fall, these resorts...

We were very disappointed by our trip to the hot springs. After visiting radium, fairmont hotsprings seemed dirty, expensive, and not as pleasant as radium. The water was nice and warm however the change rooms were dirty and having to walk outside in the winter to get to the pools was unpleasant. The price was double that of radium.

This hotel is a excellent place to stay in winter. The pool for guest on the resort is amazing. You have several option to eat and the wine testing event on Thursday night is a really good option for a couple like us. The access to the public pool is very convenient from the rooms located on the garden level,...

We didn't stay in this resort but we visit the natural hot springs and ski hill. The hot springs is big with different temprature of pool and even swimming one. Great exercise. The ski hill we went to at that time has no lift chair yet only T-bar but it is an excellent opportunity to learn snow boarding or beginner...

The hotel was clean and well kept, though rooms are a bit dated (but appropriate for the setting and atmosphere of the place). Staff were efficient and generally friendly. The restaurants were very good, and with a large group I did not hear of any complaints about food in any of the restaurants. The hot springs pool is pretty standard...
