Scotties is a great place to park your RV or camp while staying in Creston. The owners and staff are extremely helpful. There are abundant washrooms and laundry facilities. There were lots of birds in the trees. The location is great - very central and also off the main highway. Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying in our RV at this campground in June 2017. We stayed for two nights and liked it so much we returned at a later date for another few nights. The hosts Morgan and Debbie were very welcoming and very helpful, without being too involve. This is a beautiful large treed campground....the trees and surroundings make you feel completely unaware that you are in a small city. There is a perfect large grocery store within walking distance, and a brewery right across the street! The sites are rather small and quite close together, this would be my only criticism. Find the right location and won't matter. I would recommend this to couples/adults as there is not much in the way of amenities for children. The washroom/laundry facilities are excellent. We will definitely return.

We stopped in this place on our way to Fernie. It's a very quiet campground and geared to a slightly older crowd. Probably not the best if you had kids (no playground, no pool). Everything was immaculately clean. Free showers, awesome WIFI. The owner was raking up leaves and cleaning first thing in the morning. She was also very accomadating to let us do laundry past 9pm.

Close to town so that's a huge plus. I would stay here if ti was just me and my wife.

The campground is small and the sites are tight. This is not the bad part. We stayed there last summer and found the owner was very rude and intrusive. Made us feel we were being followed when we were just trying to sit and have a quiet meal outside. Constantly on us about any small noise our little dog would make. This experience left us with a bad view of Creston and if we would travel down again we would not go here.

Travelling with our 2 fur babies and at check in one of our babies started to bark as the owner has a cat who sits in front of the office. All dogs bark at cats. She become nasty and asked if he was going to be a problem. Owners dog barks constantly. We were given a site with no grass all mud. Greenhouse which was noisy was across from us. Columbia Brewing across the road. Every time a semi left the facility they blew their horn. Many seasonal campers so they had the best sites. If you are coming off the road for 1 or 2 nights you will be given a crappy spot. Staying here stressed us out.

Located across from the Columbia Brewery, they have 3 entrances. The furthest East is to the static mobile home park down the hill. The office is best accessed using the middle entrance. The campground is well treed and slopes down from the road.

We were in site 46, which is a back-in, but was easy to access and egress with a big rig (41' 5'er). The site was built up at the rear, so was fairly level. Services were 30 amp FHU (no 50 amp sites), were well located and good quality. We also managed to get a view of the satellites through the trees. Roads are gravel and are well maintained. Our site was rather short at about 45' requiring the rear of the coach hanging over the rear of the site. We parked our F350 dually on an adjacent empty site. Free wi-fi is excellent, one of the best campground wi-fi's experienced.

Good campground and we would return again in the future. If a big rig, highly recommend making a reservation.

This was a beautifully maintained campground. Clean, friendly, quiet and enough shade to keep us cool in the heat. Location was great. Will keep this place on our list for future visits to Creston.

We received a warm welcome in Creston this weekend! The attention to detail and cleanliness stand out, it is clear that Scotties is a labour of love for these owners. We enjoyed the gorgeous canopy of maple trees and the warm hospitality... looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at Scotties on our way back to the Okanagan valley, choosing it as it was family-owned for nearly 50 years. We were very pleased! The area is really convenient, quiet and shaded, the neighbours were friendly but not intruding, the bathrooms were nicely decorated and spotless. Unlike the reviews of others, this is a very Pet-Friendly place with cats and dogs around.

We stayed at Scottie’s for 5 days during the week. We had full hook-ups and logged into their Wifi. The water was very good and the wifi had good connectivity.
There was one shower stall and 2 bathroom stalls where we were - but access to more shower stalls and laundry through a key entry. Our shower stall and bathrooms very clean all the time.
The owners were very friendly and helpful. We recommend this campground and part of this property is an RV park too.
