Hotel's Favourite
We enjoyed our stay at Creston Valley Motel. The host was so friendly and helpful, we felt most welcome upon our check in.
This is an old-school style motel that retains the charm of road travel of the 1960s; it reminded me of the places we would stay in when I was a child (in a good way!). Yet, it is very comfortable and very clean. Good wi-fi service. We had a nice little kitchenette and a living room area. There is a seating area outside and the motel is centrally located, so a very easy walk to restaurants and shops.
I really appreciated the personal feel of this property, very different that the corporate sameness of chain hotels. I knew that our satisfaction really did matter to the operators. We were only here for a night on our travels on Crowsnest Highway. I would definitely recommend this motel for a nice stay!

This little motel is a gem. While the motel is dated it is more a nostalgic feel than a worn out feel. The rooms and property are exceptionally cleaned and maintained. The beds are comfortable, the rooms all include a fridge, microwave and dishes (not sure if the small stove/hot plates work as I’ve never trie to use them). The owners are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Prices are excellent, especially in the off-season. A short walk to the Creston Hotel that has a pub/restaurant with great food, a few other quality restaurants nearby or go across the street to the Dairy Queen. If travelling in the summer, booking ahead is a good idea.

I was passing through Creston and decided to stop overnight as it was getting late .
Check in was quick and efficient - the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and professional .
A great find ! The room was very clean, bright, and had lots of amenities you don’t normally find in a motel - dishes for use , fridge, microwave , bathroom toiletries etc.
I was very impressed with how clean the room was . The bed was very comfy and I had a great night’s sleep.
I am normally a light sleeper but I could hardly hear the noise from Hwy 3 nearby which was a definitely bonus .
Price for the room was great - $89 per night plus tax .
Will definitely stay here again with the kids when we pass by on one of our road trips .

Genuine-friendly-helpful staff, spotless, great location... these are the first words that come to my mind. I like to support independently owned businesses on my travels and The Creston Valley Motel is a diamond; the owners take great pride in maintaining their property - from recycling to the small details inside the rooms. They do everything they can to make their guests enjoy their stay.

Booked this motel on a whim on route from Osoyoos to Calgary. Talk about cute! The owners really have personalized it in a way that is slightly whimsical but practical and ohhh so clean! The rooms clearly have been renovated to include little homey touches that definitely aren’t your average generic motel room. The beds are very comfortable with good sheets and mattresses. The hosts are a wonderful couple that have invested in their brand and it shows! Overall a total gem !

We stayed at the Creston Valley Motel a couple of nights ago, with our two poodles. I just can't say enough about the quality of the welcome, the room, and our stay. We were met with open arms, including a thorough briefing on the best places to walk the dogs, and we met Steve, the very handsome labradoodle who acts as host and greeter. The room was large and sparkling clean, and the motel is within walking distance of the entire Creston "strip". We got a great recommendation on a dinner spot from the proprietor, which yielded an outstanding dinner. The bed was really comfortable, and whether by design or chance, the room seemed to be very well soundproofed; we enjoyed restful and undisturbed sleep! We were very impressed with the Creston Valley Motel, and we'll definitely be booking there when next we pass through Creston!

This older motel is right off the highway in town, quiet and close to restaurants. Easy parking and access to rooms. The room was clean, the bed and linens comfortable. There was a mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker and dishes (even a tea pot and kettle) in our unit. The reception area has wine glasses for your use. The hosts , Bill and Ruth, were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here on our way home to Saskatchewan from Kelowna. We received a very friendly greeting and were assisted in going to our room. Services were explained and ice was offered and provided. My wife is always quite suspicious about small town motels but the cleanliness of the room eased her mind. I will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a little longer as there is much to see in the area. Thumbs up for sure.

Bill, Ruth and Steve (the dog) are exceptional hosts. The motel may be older but the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, all at a good price. They are within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, a brew pub and a liquor store. They have a nice little outdoor sitting area and you often find several people sitting around the table introducing themselves and having a chat. Bill and Ruth will also come out, sit and get to know their customers making everyone feel at home. Room configurations vary from full kitchens to sleeper units and... they have a BBQ if you wish to cook for yourself.
Thank you for yet another great couple of stays. Until next time!

Our stay at the Creston Valley Motel was a pleasant surprise on our road trip from Vancouver to Calgary. Situated in a good location, the motel offered easy access to the surrounding area and served as a convenient stopover for weary travelers like us.
The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with plenty of information about the local area and its attractions. Their helpful recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable, ensuring we didn't miss out on anything Creston had to offer.
One of the highlights of our stay was the excellent choice of restaurants nearby. From cozy cafes to family-owned diners, there was something to satisfy every craving within walking distance of the motel, including a great craft brew bar with food trucks outside.
The room itself was simple but comfortable, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep after a long day of driving. It was just what we needed—a good basic motel with a great price point for an overnight stay.
Overall, the Creston Valley Motel met our expectations and proved to be the perfect pit stop on our journey.

Sorry, but this is a motel not a restaurant. Don't know about parking beyond that.
We are dog friendly. As long as they are well mannered. We want to make sure all our guests have a pleasant stay
