Thank you Creston Ramada for an amazing weekend! I look forward to staying in the fall at my home away from home in the beautiful BC mountain valley.

Service: it was a short stay for two nights and we were kept busy with visiting. So we didn’t engage the service staff as the room had no lack of supplies or other needs. On check in and out, staff were very friendly.
Location: for the Creston Valley, it is centrally located and just outside of the main downtown area, about a 5 minute drive away.
Highly recommend if in the area.
I was quoted $130 CAD fir a room and told there were only 2 rooms left so I booked it. When I was told the final charge I learned My actual total would Include taxes and fees of more than $42USD! Bringing my $130 CAD room up to about $181 CAD.
The hotel front desk were very surprised and told me their records showed our price was $126.56. Plus tax that would be about $136CAD. Big difference!
I will definitely be more careful in the future, but I would certainly never use this agency again and I hope the hotel might review their affiliation with them.
Also, train in middle of the night woke us all up as it was right beside it.
While this is not the first time an error like this has been made, it is definitely the first time I have experienced management being completely unforgiving. As technology and processes are not flawless, it is apparent that the policy of the Ramada allows its management to take advantage of honest mistakes. And they most certainly do.
Also, the breakfast was terrible.
