A good hotel with clean rooms and very good staff. Everyone was very helpful and checkin and checkout was a breeze. Breakfast was a bit thin, but still got the job done. Poor weaher so we didn't get to explore the town, but seemed like a nice place.
Overall very clean hotel with nice rooms. Quiet and comfortable beds. The TV was not HD which in this modern world is disappointing. The gym was very basic and nothing to write home about. Staff are amazing. Breakfast was standard with lots of options. This hotel needs a hot tub please! Only other complaint is the hotel rooms only have paper cups.
Staff would not allow me to speak with the manager upon trying several times. An email was sent to the manager (Jennifer) and I was never contacted. I was over charged, charged for an extra day stay that I did not want and staff refused to check me out upon request. We will be looking at another location to book our block of rooms annually in the future.
Very clean and comfortable stay at the hotel. Good location for accessing the Kootenay ferry the next morning. But not within walking distance to downtown area of Creston. otherwise highly recommend staying here.
Have stayed at this location previously and was very satisfied but this time the customer service when trying to check in was terrible. I was told my credit card was “expired” yet it clearly showed a 05/25 expiration. Travelled farther down the road and used the exact same credit card to check into another Wyndham hotel.
The hotel is fine, Location is fine for our group of 34 bikers. However the level of service has dropped over the last 3 years. It may be able to be written off by "Covid", but if so, it should get better from here. The front desk was not able to keep the water cooler working. No cups the first day. Then cups, but no water the 2nd day. The water jug for the cooler was missing for the 3rd day. Not good at all for thirsty bikers after a day of riding. The Ricky's restaurant attached always has good food, but the "Covid" menu is small and the place is understaffed. Be prepared for long waits.
First off we tried to book this hotel, while travelling --- kept coming up "Fully Booked". So booked at another lodging-- drove by OMG -----Cancelled and drove to the The Ramada. The gal at the front said "Of course we have a room". Very nice, clean room with good bedding/pillows and towels. Even though it is just off the highway, it was very quiet. Not sure what is going on/ listed as fully booked online , yet the parking lot was quite empty and there were not a lot of people at breakfast the next morning. A ploy to keep the rooms at a premium price?? There is a restaurant within walking distance for an evening meal.
We called two other hotels in Creston but couldn’t land a room for one night, late April. I am not sure if the other two were full but there were plenty of rooms at the Ramada. Nice new building and lots of parking. A dream if you are in a large vehicle. The room itself was clean and well appointed. Front end staff efficient and friendly. The young lady worked a double shift and checked us out in the morning. Good job!
Lovely hotel, new, modern. Great internet. Good breakfast included. Restaurant near by. Was a quiet and restful stay. Great location just off the highway. Great work out room. And a business center that was also great.
Nothing to get excited about but generally clean and quiet for a night stay. I would likely stay closer to downtown next time as it is a exploring type of little town full of treasures. Although buffet breakfast is included, we don't partake in those due to Covid-19 (even though we are completely vaccinated).
