Exceptionally high standard of apartment which was ideal for my girlfriend and I to rest up before a long drive. The place is absolutely spotless - lovely clean carpets, comfy bed and pillows, very warm and homely. Would strongly recommend anyone passing through Clearwater to book this place.

We had altered our travel plans and Scott was really helpful and amended our booking. As a result we ended up staying upstairs rather than the smaller downstairs apartment. What a great place to stay! The house was really clean and had everything we needed and the extra space was really appreciated. Bed was really comfortable and we slept well. Shower was good and powerful. We had no issues with "brown" water as mentioned in another review. There was a problem with the door lock and Scott replaced this in minutes - now that is service. Shops were handy - 5 minutes away. Really friendly people and we had a relaxing stay. Highly recommend you stay here.

House is nice and clean. Bedroom does not have black out curtains. No cable or satellite tv. Open concept ,nice kitchen but not a Bed & Breakfast. Small bathroon, with no place to hang wet rowels. Nice quite location

I haven't stayed here but had planned to stay in September. My husband and I are planning a trip and both booked accommodation for the same night in error. I emailed to explain our problem as the hotel has a no cancellation policy?! Who had this policy?! I get it if it's a last minute cancellation, however it's 9 months in advance and plenty of time for them to find new customers. So after 10 emails direct to the owners and to Booking.com it would appear that as a customer it is all too inconvenient for the owner to respond to my request to cancel my booking for September. Nevertheless I will not be staying here.

We were two couples sharing the upstairs apartment. It was lovely and clean and we appreciated the air conditioning unit in the lounge. Our bed in the smaller bedroom was not very comfortable with 'roll together' being the main problem on a too soft mattress. New mattress needed perhaps! Our other minor issue was a lack if cutlery/silverware. Only four knives and three forks! Otherwise kitchen was pretty well stocked so we could eat in. House is on a lovely residential street. Turn right out of the drive and walk to the end of the road to find a lovely trail which quickly brings you to a gorgeous river and little sandy beach; almost certainly not safe to swim though. For swimming turn left out of drive and walk about ten minutes to the public beach on Dutch Lake. Clearwater and Wells Grey park are well worth a visit.
