We had a wonderful time at Wolfwood. The grounds are incredible: the private lake, lawn and firepit, alpacas, goats, chickens and wandering family of ducks, views to the hills beyond- it’s all very beautiful and peaceful while close to the sites in the park. The cabins are cozy and well-appointed. We opted for dinner on the night we arrived and can highly recommend- it was absolutely delicious. Hosts are friendly and kind. Overall, highly recommend a stay here.
My boyfriend and I stayed here and can’t recommend it enough. The site grounds were absolutely beautiful, very well kept and clean all around the site. The hosts were friendly and were there if we had any questions or needed anything. The 2 dogs on property made the stay even better! :) Our cabin was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed including coffee, a fridge, dvds, and fans. Our bed in the cabin was extremely comfortable. We went to the lake on site and used the canoe in the evening, absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was served to our cabin in the morning and it was delicious. Can’t say enough great things - thank you Wolf Wood!
Myself, my daughter, her boyfriend, and our two dogs visited for the May long weekend. I can’t praise Wolfwood enough. The cabin was spacious and clean, the beds comfy and even though it was a hot weekend, we were always cool - ideal for the dogs. The breakfast was delicious and didn’t suffer from being delivered to our room. We enjoyed the food so much that we opted for dinner one night and we weren’t disappointed. Wonderful scenery, great hospitality, s’mores on the fire pit and canoeing on the lake. Plus, hummingbirds joining us in numbers to feed on the deck.. Thank you so much - we will be back!
Stayed with my partner and our dog for one night. We hadn’t booked in advance and showed up late in the afternoon, the hosts were wonderful and accommodating and got a cabin ready for us while we walked our dog around their gorgeous property. Cabin was cosy and warm, very clean and comfortable. They even delivered a delicious thanksgiving dinner to our room. We wished we could’ve stayed longer!
We stayed for 4 nights in one of the cabins. The ranch is in the middle of Greys Wells National Park about 20 mins drive from Clearwater and another 10 mins on a private road, so it is right in the beautiful country. There are a number of amazing waterfalls to visit within 20 mins drive. There is a large house where breakfast and dinner is served and you sit at tables with other guests - or if you prefer - on your own. There are a number (6, I think) other cabins all close by. We had dinner at the ranch each night which was very tasty home cooked with lovely fresh vegetables. The family who own the place are delightful and have lots of stories to tell about living close to nature and the animals, including bears and beavers etc. The cabins are quite basic but are spotless and have everything you need. Ours had a large lounge with sofa and dining area, a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. It had a lovely large porch where we could sit in the comfy chairs and enjoy the peace and the surrounding beauty. The beds are comfortable. The cabins also have a TV (it can only use DVDs - which are supplied). Wifi is limited but we loved the fact it was all so close to nature. There is a lake which has boats to use free of charge. In the evening a fire was lit and we toasted marshmellows. I would highly recommend to stay here. Lots of people seemed to stay for one night but I think that is a mistake, there is a lot to do close by. We also went whitewater rafting on Clearwater which was great and went on some lovely hikes nearby. The ranch also offers some classes.…
