My hunting partner found this accommodation online within our hunting zone. The accommodation was already closed for the season however they were willing to rent us a cabin for our 2 week stay. This place was fantastic for us as it meant that we did not have to pack up all of our camp gear and set up camp. The cabin worked well for the 2 of us, the woodstove was great, in fact we cooked most of our meals on the woodstove. The woodshed was well stocked and the owners were really accommodating to us. Definitely recommend Moose Camp if you would like to stay in this area

Great hosts (including the young daughters), delicious home cooked meals and good 'campy'/cabin accommodations. Up close and personal experience with a loon, too. Worth the long drive to the semi-remote location.

Bryan and Julie are great hosts and took great care of us and all our needs. This resort is a great place to relax, fish, and converse with other fishermen. Food was delicious and plentiful at all meals. Lots of fun lakes to fish at near this resort.

Moose Camp is a one of a kind, rustic, authentic, fly fishing experience! My family plans for and anxiously looks forward to our annual trip to Moose Camp as soon as we get home from the last visit. It's a great place to fish, unplug, relax, fish, eat, unwind, and FISH!

The fly fishing is just excellent! Like, one after another, morning to night, day after day. Your arms will be exhausted, and your net tested.

This family-owned and operated resort delivers - amazing fly fishing, incredibly beautiful scenery, tons of birds and other wild life, and a 100% unique experience. Can't wait for next year!

I have been going to Moose Camp since 1985 - about 10-12 trips. I have been with family, friends and business partners. Everyone always had a great trip. I am now taking my sons and really enjoying being there to catch fish and hang out. The owners are really great and make the visit very special. I have fished for 65 years and this is the best of all. Go Fishing

Moose Camp is a spectacular experience. You'd think we get tired of consistently catching so many fish but between the scenery and the serenity I cant get enough. The remoteness of the resort comes with a unique quite that is difficult to find in our 24/7 lives.

What a beautiful place! The setting is amazing and the place so serene, everything is solar powered… you really are in the middle of nowhere! Your own private fishing paradise. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful with any small needs that might arise. The fishing was amazing, eager fish taking the fly. The cabins, while basic were very comfortable and the wood stove in each one helped take the chill off the frosty night air. Having a good hot shower inside is great for cleaning up after a long day fishing.

Food at camp is wholesome and won’t leave you wanting. You’ll get up from every meal contented. Each time things are a bit different. They can definitely fill you up and keep you happy!

My only negative would be the need to use the outhouse for needs other than “liquid” waste. I understand that there are plans in the making for that too, though.

My friends and I love going up to Moose Camp and it’s always great to see the improvements that Julie and Bryan do in the off-season.
