During the first week of June 2021 a small group of buddies visited Christina Lake and stayed at the Pines Campground to ride the surrounding rail trails. We were tenting, setup for cycle touring, this was pretty deluxe. I am very physically disabled and have a lot of experience with staying in campgrounds where this can be quite challenging or not really possible. Not here!! A completely separate wheelchair accessible washroom with a roll in coin operated roll in shower. The coin timer is very generous, kept super clean, and even smells good. It was pretty amazing after a long, hot day on our seats. We’ll be back. Thanks Byron and Lisa!

Our first time at Christina Pines Campground and was so happy with our stay! The campground is family friendly with events and games for all ages. Our kids appreciated the wifi, mini golf, pool, slurpee and popcorn from the concession and everything in walking distance. We appreciated the well maintained sites, CLEAN bathrooms and showers, firewood delivery to your campground, and the trivia/music hour in the evening. The hosts were wonderful and accommodated me with a special request when work duties called. Thank you Lisa and everyone at Christina Pines!

So glad you found our little piece of paradise. We love to hear when first timers had a great stay. Really means a lot to us as business owners when campers take the time to share your experience with others. Look forward to seeing you back soon.

Awesome family campsite about a 15 min walk to Christina Lake. Nice treed sites with a good amount of space. Clean washrooms, heated pool, free mini-golf, and lots of fun family activities (movie night, scavenger hunts, etc.) from Wednesday - Sunday. The week we were there they hosted a Halloween in July event which the kids (and the grandparents) really enjoyed.

Minor quibbles would be that they have pay showers, and the Wifi frequently dropped out.

Most things about this campground are great, but the shutdown of the women's washrooms for the next three days is leaving a sour taste. We are in a tent trailer with no toilet. The washrooms near our site are shutdown for repairs.
Today, the main women's washrooms were locked up to store equipment! So the women have to use the family washroom which only accomodates one person. It has a shower, so it could be in use for quite a while. Couldn't they store the equipment somewhere else, like the bathroom undergoing maintenance?

Thanks for taking the time for this review. We are very happy to hear that you think our campground is great and hopefully we will see you back again. But we do want to apologize for the bathroom situation. We donate our pool to the local elementary school for them to take swimming lessons and water saving training at. The Lifeguards come from Grand Forks and asked to store some of their equipment. We made a poor choice in using the other ladies bathroom and recognized that within a day. We got the other ladies bathroom opened up the next day. We would like to sincerely apologize for your frustration with this and hope it didn’t ruin your stay here.

We arrived in mid May and left at the end of September. The campground is very peaceful and very well maintained. The owners and their staff obviously enjoy what they are doing and work hard at maintaining a clean enjoyable campground. We are looing forward to next season.

A very nice full-service campground. The pool was well looked after and there were many games and activities scheduled throughout the day for families. A movie was shown on an outdoor screen each night. The campground was clean and the wifi was excellent anywhere int he campground. We will definitely be back.

Room Tip: The campground is family oriented so the pool can be busy with young kids during the hot weather.

This us the 3rd time we have camped at this hidden gem and we were not disappointed. They owners have done a great job promoting this family campground. They now have a board with all the activities available for the week , games you are allowed to use with your family and putters and balls for mini golf all free of charge. My 4yr old grand-daughter loved the swimming pool which was a godsend to us. We had a pull thru spot which was huge we had plenty of room to set up. They have a few supplies in the office if you need anything and a big selection of ice cream.I really have nothing bad to say about this campground. We'll definitely be back.

Stayed here the summer of 2022. Had a great stay. The bathrooms were spotless as we saw the staff cleaning them multiple times a day. We really enjoyed the activities that were hosted also. Movie nights, bingo, music trivia were all fun ways for the family to hang out.
I will be staying here again anytime I'm back in the area!

Fabulously clean and well maintained campground. Owners were super friendly and the pool was a bonus. Location was walking distance to beach. Sites all came with a fire pit and picnic table and all in maintained condition. Well serviced sites and with ice and firewood available

Lots of trees gives it a secluded feel that we like while still being short walk to buy necessities. Everything was very clean. Loved the wooded area to walk dog. Ended up staying an extra night. Very friendly hosts and campers.
