Spent 3 nights at Blue Mountain Lodge mid July and wished I could have stayed longer. Teletha and Dustin are super great hosts and you can see they love what they are doing and where they are. If you want to party this is not the place for you, if you appreciate a well run place, clean, quiet this is where you want to be. A short walk (1 block) to the beach. Lots to explore in the area or just hang out at the beach with your floatie!

We stayed here two weeks ago for a couple of days--and I wish it had been more! We had a wonderful stay at Blue Mountain Lodge. We stayed in a cool and clean room with all we needed to enjoy a restful and enjoyable visit to this beautiful part of BC. Our hosts (and owners) of Blue Mountain Lodge were friendly, professional, and efficient--not to mention ready, willing, and able to go the extra mile for us. It all made us feel like they truly cared about our experience as well as who we are as guests. I hope to be back here, but I know I will have to book way in advance because a place this good is going to build a ton of loyal return visitors.

My husband and I booked 4 nights at the Blue Mountain Lodge to attend a musical festival in the nearby city of Grand Forks. The lodge is a beautiful spot nearby a beach on Christina Lake and our unit (2 bedroom) had everything you could possibly need for your stay. Obviously, Gwen and Brendan thought of every fine detail to make your stay a home away from home. The unit was impeccably clean and comfortable. Thank you Gwen and Brendan and hope to see you soon. I highly recommend staying here. The room was modern and had everything I needed including DVD player and internet. My biggest compliment would be to the owners who were very friendly and attentive and checked up on me when they saw me out and about as I was travelling alone (not as planned). The location is ideal, a minute walk from a nice little beach and close to the shop WildWays which rents out bikes and water equipment and will drive it to the hotel for free if asked.

We visited in July 2018 for 3 days. Gwen and her husband were so friendly and personable. The cabin we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. We asked to have a campfire that they set up and provided us the supplies for s’mores! We chose to swim at some areas nearby, but there is a small beach a 3 minutes walk from Blue Mountain. I would recommend people to stay at Blue Mountain- we were very pleased with the facilities and the owners!

We booked the lodge a year in advance of our family reunion. Gwen was always helpful when I called with questions. The lodge is beautiful! So close to the lake and lots of activities to do in their location - grass for bocce ball, badminton, horseshoe pits, etc. It was nice for each cabin to have their own BBQ too. I would go back to Blue Mountain Lodge without question!

We booked the 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage in Feb 2017 for our stay Aug/Sept. From the initial process of booking until we drove off the property it was a great experience. First off, Gwen and Brendan could not have been more gracious and accommodating. They were there if you needed anything or had questions about the local area. The cottage had everything that you would need for an enjoyable relaxing stay. The bed was comfy and the pots and pans and kitchen things were not your typical "rental stuff". Good quality!!!The deck had a "living room and a "dining room" that was great. The sun was on it in the morning and moved off by late morning so it was pleasant to sit out there always. The BBQ was new and had a side burner that was great for cooking anything that might have been strong smelling if I had cooked it inside on the stove. The linens were fresh and clean and the unit itself was spotless. We met a young couple that were staying in the 2 bedroom motel unit and they commented on how clean the unit was. It is something you expect of course but is not always. Hats off to Gwen and Brendan for making that a priority. There was a flat screen TV in the cottage but there is no cable (we were happy about that because we might have been tempted to have it on otherwise and that would have cut in to out relaxing, reading and lake time). They have a huge selection of DVDs however and the TV had a built in player so we did end up watching a couple of movies later in the evening. Also there is tons of games, toys and water toys in case people needed them. I can see this would be a great place for family reunions or larger groups to stay, lots of grass for kids to run and play on and it is fenced in so safe. The real treat is the lake is a minute form the property. It is a small public beach that has some shade for most of the day if you needed that and great swimming and lounging in the warmest tree lined lake in Canada. Truly was the best lake vacation we have been on in the 40 years we have been vacationing. Thank you Gwen and Brendan once again. Enjoy your time in Mexico once you are finished for the season!! Dennis and Joanne

We were a group of friends coming off of the Columbia Western Rail Trail in the dark and in the rain! Brendan met us on his bike and guided us to our warm, dry accommodations. They helped us get some food late at night. We slept well! Thanks Gwen and Brendan..we will be back!

We booked "The Rose Cabin" at Blue Mountain Lodge with Gwen back in Sept 2015, as one needs to book early, for our trip in July 2016. We stayed there for a total of five nights at a great price. Gwen and Brendan actually bend over backwards making our stay one of the most enjoyable ever. It was scorching hot (great for swimming) as the lake was practically out our door, we asked if there was a way to get an A/C and Brendan got us a portable one that made a world of difference. Next was a toaster, a table for our front yard and the BBQ needed a refill. Brendan and Gwen supplied us with everything in a matter of minutes upon our requests. They were 100% the best hosts we could possibility ask for. We wanted to stay longer but like I stated we only booked for 5 days. I would not hesitate to book with Gwen and Brendan in the future and highly recommend this camp site as one of the very Best in Christina Lake. Thank You Both so very much for the hospitality. Arthur B. Grant Winnipeg Manitoba.
