I visited 4 hotels in 4 day in region of Lac St Jean... And it was the best one. All of those hotels was clean, quiet... BUT shower was classy, big AND comfortable beds, proximity of downtown and especially great coffee at Pacini! Thank all staff for stay!

This was my first time in Alma. My room was nice, and had all the modern amenities you need for business travel. I'm not a big fan of Pacini restaurants, but the dinner and breakfast was pretty good. If I return to Alma, I will most likely stay here again.

This hotel attracted us as it has free Tesla car charging, the hotel is clean and is in a great location for visiting the Alma sites and a nice walk around the river walkway and some biking to, one night here was plenty, enjoy

A bit older rooms and amenities but well priced and situated. Bike path across the street and restaurant Paccini inside building. Liquor store across the road for beer and wine. Staff polite and helpful.

Nice place. Newly renovated. Good location. Right downtown, close of bar, resto, shopping. Went to Mario Tremblay Restaurant go see it nice place. Room was nice. Staff was polite. Restaurant in the same building, really convenient. Free Parking.

We came to this hotel in Alma by circumstance but found the staff to be very friendly. This town was not exactly a touristy town but we were able to have an enjoyable stay. The view from our first floor room was a corner of the parking lot. Things need to be updated more. Our room still had the floor AC and heater with the mechanical buttons. The washroom was very spacious. Given the location and the small town, one cannot compare it to the big city hotels. Nevertheless, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Alma, Quebec.

There's no denying that this hotel's exterior is not very attractive, it's basically an extension to a multistorey carpark. However, the inside is much nicer. Our room must have been refurbished so recently, it still had a faint smell of paint. The room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. The new bath was dangerously slippery but reception managed to find a mat. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an Italian restaurant (with a bread bar) on site, as well as a rather grungy cinema and a tiny swimming pool.

Having been recently renovated this hotel is totally up to par with the best there is out there! Fresh modern look, pool and spa, good restaurant (Pacini) clean, great service, beautiful view, easy parking, free internet, little fridg in the room, not expensive, we loved it! You can't go wrong by choosing this place for your stay!

This hotel is central to the town of Alma. It is presently going through a renovation phase and the contractors are busy by 8am. The renos, I'm told by local residents, were due and I have to say that the showers in the renovated rooms are quite nice. Another small pleasantry is how quiet the HVAC system is. I stay in many decent hotels throughout the province and this system is quiet. Pacini franchised restaurant downstairs is convenient and the staff are sharp and quick. Service is fast and the atmosphere is good.

-The extraction ventilator of Wachroom is not operate. Imagine a room wiht 4 persons taking shower and going at toilet. -No ventilation for general room. The breathing is unconfortable and air polluted. -We get soon wake up (6 am) by the service chariot makin full noise because probbaly not oiled the whells. Was looking like a herror scene...
