Very nice, quaint, with a great view. The place is older and well cared for. We did have a small leak in our room and notified the owner In the morning who was not aware of it. It did not dampen our spirits though. Pardon the pun. Please...... do have dinner there! Really, really good!

Skipper Bens is a bed and breakfast that looks over the bay at Cupids NFLD. It is well-appointed and hosted by Viola and Ben and their efficient and friendly staff. The bedrooms are so cozy with soft warm furnishings and lighting. Breakfast is made from scratch and exceptional. We also stayed for their 3 course dinner and have raved ever...

Amazing three course meal for great value( incl after lunch chocolates!), and the service was excellent. It is a beautiful historic property in a lovely small town---lovely for a scenic hike , berry picking, etc.. Can't wait until my next visit for dinner!

Great visit with my spouse and little one (9 months old). Viola was fantastic to accommodate us by providing the ocean view room which allowed us to fit in our play pen for LO's sleeping accommodations. Room was clean and comfy. We had dinner and breakfast during our stay. Both meals were expertly prepared and served with lovely grace. We...

We happened on this delightful B and B for dinner. Excellent meal and ambience. Next time we will stay here. Of note the coleslaw was extraordinary. Cupids is one of the prettiest places. Peaceful even while it poured outside.

Stayed in Cupids for four nights at the start of two weeks in Newfoundland. Lovely rooms. The food was amazing. Absolutely charming hospitality. Excellent service. Viola and Clyde too great care of us and provided fascinating conversation. The only thing missing is a common room.

This review is for the restaurant, not the B&B function. We visited this establishment on our anniversary with friends for dinner. The food was well prepared and served in comfortable surroundings. The decor was warm and inviting. The price of the fixed fare three-course meal was quite affordable. We started with seafood chowder which was flavourful and creamy. The main...

Lovely restaurant in the quaint town of Cupid. Don't let the outside fool you. Beautiful dining area on the inside. Owner came around to see if everything was okay. Great meal and service. Homemade mini breads. Chicken was fabulous. My husband had a steak cooked to perfection. You won't want to miss this gem across from a beautiful bay where...

Viola and Clyde were charming hosts for 2 nights. They attended to every detail of the menu, personal catering. Food was delicious and they allowed us to use their fridge for some snacks we had purchased. Perfect spot for exploring the area and shoreline. Thank you Viola and Clyde.

During the two nights I stayed in nearby Brigus, I ate both of my dinners here at Skipper Ben's. The service and cuisine was excellent both nights. The pan-fried cod was the best I've eaten in Newfoundland, and the stuffed chicken on the second night had a delectable stuffing. One warning: they bring you homemade bread at the beginning of...
