Beautifully renovated, the staff is excellent and eager to make everyone comfortable. The dining was nice with a variety of breakfast items...Music was provided at each evening meal, and cold towels when we returned from visiting the people and events of the day..Thanks for providing us with a romantic dining experience after everyone else decided to eat elsewhere!!! No hesitation...

This was my favorite hotel on our trip to Cuba. It was smaller so we had all the attention you could ask for. The lobby bar was a great place to hang out and visit with the staff. Food was wonderful and the smell of fresh baked bread enchanting. Was fun to sit and watch the horse drawn carts to...

This is a gem in the Gibara area, We took a Cubatur excursion and stopped here for lunch. This is a beautifully restored building. We went to the roof top and looked out over the town from the lookout. Professional staff and a very good meal made this a perfect new addition to the Cubatur experience. I wish I could...

The hotel is old but very comfortable and clean. The staff makes this an exceptional hotel, ready and willing to serve at all hours. It is centrally located with easy access to stores and dance clubs. The food is second to none with staff ready to make your stay memorable. One nice feature is a corner bakery where the smell...

My room was in the 3rd floor and it was quite nice and roomy. I was able to keep it cold which is what i like. The chambermaids were very efficient and professional. The bar downstairs was my favorite place to hang out, talk with the staff and drink anejo 7. They were all amazing. But the best was having...

This was a lovely, boutique hotel that was very comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was fantastic and helpful. The sunrise from the rooftop is beautiful! The lobby is very comfortable and open to the passing street full of horse carts, street vendors, and bicycles. We can't answer some of the questions below because we were...

Lovely historic building with great attention to detail, quiet sea side fishing town with friendly locals. The Encarto hotels are my favourite group as they are boutique hotels with excellent staff. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Cuba , wide choice to suit even the fussiest.

This hotel is amazing. Possibly one of the only 4 star boutique hotels in all of Cuba. The front desk staff and wait staff were extremely accomidating and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom got HOT and had great water pressure. Which is a big plus for countries like Cuba. The rooms have (a...

We went on a private tour to Gibara with friends and a guide in his classic car, from our hotel in Guardalavaca. After a walk of the town we stopped at the Hotel E Ordono and enjoyed the views of this sleepy fishing village, from its roof top terrace. There is a roof top bar but ,unfortunately ,it wasn't open. The...

This is a beautiful Art Deco hotel. Visited only for lunch however but got the opportunity to wander around and go onto roof terrace where the views were amazing. Toilets were spotlessly clean and food was good.
