We stayed in a chalet in early Jan 2017. The place was clean, but obviously quite old (best guess is early-80s style). It was quite cold outside (-10C) and the cabin could not warm up properly. It was quite cold overnight and made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no extra bedding to make it warmer. The towels were thin and rough....

Thank you for your observations of the Pinestone Resort and Conference Centre. Your comment of "Old and Tired" can also be translated to the properly educated as "Inspirational and Euphorically Traditional" or "Aesthetically Pleasing and Inviting." Our forestry is a surrounding mixed with the modern and "Temporational Symbioses". A concrete and asphalt complex we are not. We have kept the...

Tamara Skoretz, Sales Manager for Pinestone was extremely helpful in organizing our stay at the resort. We booked a cozy and spacious banquet room to house the hockey team Sat night where...

My husband and I went for New Year's Eve: for some skiing and dinner and stay the night. I'll start off by first listing the good things about Pinestone because there are good things; however we always mostly remember the bad. The surroundings are beautiful; we went snowshoeing and it was lovely. The Rooms are nice and warm and cozy...

Thank you for your comments which have been well received. Let me first say that even the most professional hospitality establishment will have problems especially directed on the most celebrated day of the year being New Years Eve; the Pinestone Resort notwithstanding.
