We were there a few weeks ago and everything was good. This time Very Disappointed. I understand during COVID things are a bit tougher but this trip was BAD. Rented Cabin 501 for 2 nights . On arrival walkway covered in ice. Wanted to cook dinner had to spend an hour re-building the dilapidated barb-que Second night wanted to order dinner, called restaurant No answer. We left a message. No return call. Called front desk to be sure kitchen was open NO ANSWER JUST NO SERVICE

I had booked this hotel through Choice Hotels. We were a party of 8 and booked 3 rooms. 1 - 2 bedroom Chalet 1 - 1 bedroom Chalet & 1 - king room. The rooms are very outdated. No water pressure for the toilets or showers. We booked the pool at 1pm. and can only stay in it for 15 minutes. it was freezing cold. The towels they give you to dry off were tea towels. The Sauna was not open. When i did the booking, i requested to be close to our friends, Chalet 704. they put my husband and I the farthest away, Room 334. BTW There is only 1 Ice machine in the resort. (Furthest building 2nd. floor) I went to the reception Friday evening to request them to move us closer to our friends and willing to pay more. They advised me that they have a 1 bedroom Chalet - Room #601 that we could move to on the Saturday. we packed up to move on the Saturday. I called reception at approx. 1pm. and were told that we cannot move as the room would not be ready. I requested to talk with a supervisor. I left her 3 messages and she never returned my calls. For the money you spend, I advise you to stay elsewhere.

Me and my husband were their in December. Beautiful property. Amazing staff! Always smiling and welcome to talk to you. They make their guest feel like home. Earlier they dealt with our cancelation when sudden lockdown was announced, effortlessly and communication was smooth. Keep up a the good work. Definitely will recommend it to anyone. Suitable for Couples, family and kids!

This is my second night with no tv signal. Staff states they have a technician on it. Tonight they didn’t get equipment changed. Another guy that was here since Monday said this is three days now. The wifi connection in my room is weak and can only get on if sitting at the door like I am now. When working a full day the room is supposed to be relaxing. The radio doesn’t even get any channels not sure why this is part of choice hotels no services work.

Just got back from 2 nights at this resort. We were very disappointed in the rooms.. very old and outdated .. buy that’s not the worst part! Holes in the couch, stains on the furniture and rust on the door .. it’s such a shame this resort hasn’t been kept up to date. As it’s a great location, the staff are friendly and the food was very good. I had requested to speak to the general manager on 2 occasions and he never bothered to try and get ahold of me. I even sent an email when I got home and no response.. tells me I’m not the first person to complain. If your looking for a getaway ... this is isn’t it.
