We loved our stay at Brooks B&B. We arrived on our bikes and had a safe place to park them in the back. It is very handy to downtown Sussex. Try the nearby restaurant called 'Knocks Cafe' -- Excellent food! Brooks was built in 1902. The home has been well maintained and furnished with beautiful antiques. Jean has made it a point to learn as much as she can about the history of the building. Among her many talents, Jean has a green thumb. Every room in the house has beautiful plants. Her garden and porch area are also bursting with plants and flowers. You will be treated to a delicious breakfast every morning served in antique platters and bowls. Fresh warm croissants, boiled eggs, a variety of fresh fruit, yogourt...When we would leave for the day on our bikes, Jean would make sure we brought the bottled juice and some fruit with us. We spent a week here which gave us the opportunity to enjoy many conversations with Jean and John. They are friendly and welcoming and will take good care of you. We hope to have the chance to stay at Brooks B&B again.

We stayed at Brooks Bed and Breakfast last weekend. It was such a beautiful place. Treasured old home. Very classy. Hostess was very nice. Continental breakfast was so great. Home was very clean. Payment can be done on line or in cash. Very close to the Atlantic balloon Festival.
