There is no chain on the door, or security bar. There is also no Do Not Disturb sign. So having arrived tired and choosing to sleep in the next morning we did not know who was knocking on the door. I said ....Hello? No one answered. Housekeeping was unlocking the door and entering. I screamed because I was dressing. The front desk was not concerned about this issue.

Twice we've stayed here. Figured it couldn't have sucked as much as we originally thought. Pessimism gone wrong. If you don't smoke, you will. If you've signed up for non smoking, tough deal. The rooms reek of cigarettes. It's flat out revolting. And you can go ahead and try and speak with the staff up front. They don't care. Heck, they'll just tell you too bad so sad.
Never again. Not worth the dollars saved.

Like most of the motels along King George Hwy this is a very motel. Probably built in the 50s and 60s it’s minimal - comfortable bed, table and chairs, TV with good selection of channels, phone and WiFi. Bath is a bit dated.

Clean except I noticed some mold around the tiles of the tub/shower.

It is what it is.

There is no chain on the door, and no sign to hang outside asking for privacy. The first morning, before 9am, house keeping just opened the door to come in, without knocking. Very rude. Very irritating. No apologies.
The motel is very basic. The offered soap and shampoo are of the lowest of the lowest quality. And the airco is extremely loud.
And the price is just high. I give this motel one star, as the price performance ratio is just wrong. Way overpriced.

One of the worst hotel to check in. We booked 3 rooms for 5 nights based on online rating. Hotel is just a cheap road side motel. Staff are rude, no basis amenities and we had nightmare staying 5 nights. Bathroom are very congested .. funny you have to go inside the bathroom in dark to turn on light and there no space to enter. No coffee machine, no kettle and room smells.

We had a good experience with this hotel. Apparently, this motel has undergone a remodel and we found our room to be clean and comfortable. We paid $130 out the door for one night. Staff was friendly and helpful and held a room for me without a CC. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Booked 2 rooms for family - both rooms had disgustingly dirty, unchanged sheets - hairs, stains, yellow - dirty rugs. Missing bulb in one lamp and the other room bulb was burned out. Toiletries are old wrinkled shampoo packs from 70's stock and towels smelled simply run through rinse. I checked in at such a late hour, with 5 young children, that we took our lumps and a very slight discount - he thought generous. We've travelled extensively and this is the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in - STAY AWAY!!!

stayed there last night
some pretty iffy people sitting around outside
first thing i did upon entering the room was to do a quick inspection for cleanliness
all looked good until i pulled back the bed sheets to find long black hairs and something on the sheet
that was fresher than a stain
i was given new sheets to put on the bed and was glad i had my own pillow
and they wouldn't reduce my room rate at all
if it hadn't been 1 am when i pulled in i would have pulled right out again

Fell asleep to the sound of gunfire:not.joking. When I asked to get out of my contract clerk said "no one else complained of hearing guns" and that "this hotel has great reviews... " The 1st towel I picked up had 3 different colour stains on it: nasty. Each night people screamed at each other in the next rooms. 130$ with tax per night! No fridge, not even a box of Kleenex! The air conditioning had no off button it had to be unplugged and the plug was black with grime. There was no dead bolt for the door, so I had to barricade it with the table so my son would feel safe.Brutal. There was also a stabbing here in 2013, google it...

My mum and I had the worst experience here. We stayed for 3 nights and our rooms were never cleaned for all 3 nights sheets and towels were never changed, and garbage was never taken out. On the second night we finally complained to the manager on duty and his next question made me boil over with anger he asked what I wanted him to do about it I was disgusted! And after few words of exchange which included me telling the so called hotel manager what needed to be done to a dirty hotel room I stormed out with not as much as an apology for the disgusting state of our room. Am never ever coming back!!!!!!
