The morning Amtrak train from Vancouver BC does not connect with the California train in Seattle; there is a bus connection which leaves this hotel at zero-dark-six something in the morning. I didn't want to hassle with my luggage and a taxi at that hour, so stayed here the night before. I arrived late and left early, so I did... More

There were so many things wrong where do I start!! From the clunking elevator, battered hallway walls, broken safety lock on our door,no clock and a stuck window to the faulty pressure valve in the bathtub! The mattress sags dramatically and definitely needs replacing!! What a mess! The only bright spot was the the lobby and atrium which conveyed a rewarding... More

Honestly I don't know HOW this place has 3 stars. We stayed here because our instance company had to put us somewhere while repairs were being done on our apartment. This place was absolutely disgusting. It was unclean, the rooms looked like they would probably have bed bugs (ours didn't after I did a thorough inspection ), and the hallways... More

While this hotel met our needs in regard to the proximity to a family member's home where we enjoyed a Terrific Thanksgiving, the Pacific Inn desperately needs some TLC! We couldn't get over the fact that scuff marks and dents were prevalent in hallways and elsewhere! Our bed was way too soft which was problematic when endeavouring to get up... More

A wonderful experience for my children and me during a very difficult time. While our home was under emergency construction, my young daughters and I stayed at Pacific Inn for almost 3 weeks. The manager offered and delivered a full size fridge to our room the day we arrived with a microwave, extra pillows and bedding and towels to make our... Showing signs of wear and tear. With pool it has a chlorine smell in the mains area. Disappointed that clerk did not tell us that complementary breakfast closed at 9am when we checked in so we missed it by about 5 mins. Someone's toilet ran for several hours and I could hear it quite loudly. Bath rub had black mold... More

Yes, very good based on what I paid. We stayed because we were attending a wedding nearby, I paid substantially less booking on my own than the 'special' group rate that was offered to the other attendees. So right off the bat I was happy with my 'savings'. The place does need some work but they let us check-in early,... More

Pictures look nice, but this is just not good. Old rooms, damaged carpet, walls. Noisy, very close to Highway 99, and not well insulated, Bathroom fan comes on with the light, and is as loud as it gets. The free breakfast is 'disinterested' at best. Car needed. (They also had a cat show when we were there. Cats in the... More

We checked in around 7pm and went to the room, room was fairly clean, no microwave. Mini fridge in which hardly you keep 3 to4 bottles water. Shower curtain was bad. Toilette bowl was small, can be used by small kids only. Breakfast was open specially margarine, jam, peanut butter and bugs were flying around. Pool and hot tub were... More
