All in all, it was a quiet and comfortable stay during Covid times. I would have given a "Very Good" review except for the bag breakfast was rather disappointing and unfortunately, the Ricky's next door was no longer in business. The bag breakfast consisted of a fruit cup, apple on day and banana the other, a juice box and a nutri-bar one day and some other cakey no-name affair the next. An instant oatmeal would have been a nice add which could easily be prepared by heating water in the Keurig or toast and jam/peanut butter in take out bag would also have been welcomed. The juice box and fruit cup were not refrigerated either which I would have preferred. Other than that, the staff were helpful and friendly and everything was clean and in good order.
Clean rooms and lobby, great service, awesome place to stay in! The front desk staff were very helpful. Love how they had bagged breakfast. The rooms and the lobby were very clean. The room had lots of strorage area and shelf space :)
The hotel manager does not know how to operate the hotel, or handle issues. Small issue, I had screws sticking up from our floor which I stepped on, hurt myself and all they did was screw it back into the floor. Huge issue, my kids and I were harassed out of the dining area by other guests, then I was sprayed in the face with sanitizer by one of these guests. The manager did NOTHING. Asked if I wanted to call the cops. I asked for a head office number, I was told there isnt one. I sent a complaint to Wyndham, with details and got a generic email back saying they appreciate my feedback and look forward to seeing us again. Never!
Not family oriented and very rude staff. My family felt harassed and threatened by the manager in duty. We will not go back to that hotel ever again, and thinking about if at any other of the Ramada chain.
Just an overnight stay to get away and relax. Really enjoyed the pool as hot tub! Both were a very good size. Even though we had our 7 yo daughter with us. We decided to get a jacuzzi room. I’ve been needing to soak my bones, and it was a nice choice. NOTE! The Ricky’s restaurant in the parking lot is permanently closed. Front desk check in was a cinch and pleasant. Only caveat was that the hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms at any time for safety, security or maintenance. 🤨
