Stayed for 10 nights. Room was good size and very clean. Breakfast was ok - tasted better than it looked. Fitness room was fine - as long as you don’t have to share it.
Best thing about his hotel is they get the basics right. Reception was efficient and friendly. The room was serviced perfectly each day including refilling the coffee in the room and the towels are a good quality.

We got a good deal on the room rate and I was happy with the facilities even though they are undergoing a renovation. Older style but clean and comfortable.

My expectation for the breakfast was low but I was still disappointed! They gave us damaged and rotten fruit every day, a small packaged muffin, a juicebox and sometimes a cereal bar.

Just an overnight stay to get away and relax. Really enjoyed the pool as hot tub! Both were a very good size. Even though we had our 7 yo daughter with us. We decided to get a jacuzzi room. I’ve been needing to soak my bones, and it was a nice choice.

NOTE! The Ricky’s restaurant in the parking lot is permanently closed. Front desk check in was a cinch and pleasant.

Only caveat was that the hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms at any time for safety, security or maintenance. 🤨

The flat screen tv were very small and they are not smart tvs so no Netflix etc. the rooms are ok not that clean though it’s an older dated hotel so it needs upgrades. The sink is outside the bathroom so it’s not good. The breakfast is served in an adjacent building so you have to walk across the road. The breakfast itself is pretty generic nothing fancy they keep the same fruits every day apples and bananas and the bananas get brown and they still put them out. We stayed 5 nights and a few times the housekeepers forgot either stocking our facecloths or putting bar soap in our room so we always had to go downstairs to the front desk and get what was needed. Nothing special we will probably stay elsewhere next time.

Check in was atrocious. Paid over 1200 cdn through booking.com only to check in and be told by the hotel staff that booking.com wasn't going to release my funds until the next day. As such they wanted me to prepay the same amount again with a promise' the hold would be released the next day when booking.com released my funds. I had already heard about scammy attempts to get more money is this immediately was a red flag and I did not pay for the room twice. However they demanded I get this sorted out, tried calling the booking.com support number using the 1877 number, did not work. Had to call from BC to Quebec on my own cell phone at 9pm at night. Was on the phone with them and the assistant at the front desk for 45 minutes. At the end of it I said that this was a hotel problem and a booking.com problem it was not my problem. Almost a full hour later I finally make it to the hotel room. To find the place was hardly cleaned, looked like semen stains were on the couch and full out blood on the chair by the desk. Room was supremely loud as the highway was right beside our room, and I was astonished that no one from the hotel tried to rectify the horrendous check in experience. For the record, I don't fully blame the receptionist. She was new and was told that the manager would always be available by cell phone if problems arose. She called numerous times to no answer. Will not be staying here ever again. Wwwwaaayyy not worth the overpriced room charge.

The room itself was nice, however the restaurant was overpriced, poor service, and at breakfast I went with 20 minutes left which is more than enough time to finish (I finished in 15) and a female employee came up behind me as I was serving myself to start cleaning up as though I were in her way, I was appalled and felt uncomfortable. Then a male staff came onto the floor and began complaining infront of me. To make matters worse, in my rush to check out I misplaced expensive facewash and wgen I called to inquire, I was spoken to in a flippant manner by a female employee who could not be bothered to double check. I called again and spoke to a a
male supervisor who apologised, assured me he'd look into it and get back to me, then never did. Do better. And maybe offer something to a customer to make up for the poor service. You won't be getting my business moving forward.

Came to stay at this hotel to prepare and plan my grandmas celebration of life. When we first walked in the room it smelt weird. We had to get a dog friendly room as we brought out pooch. My daughter split the dog water and I used a towel to wipe it up and the towel was BLACK. The carpet was disgusting. i understand this is a pet friednly room but rip the carpets out and pit hard flooring. My four year old daughter got a weird rash all over her body. all our belonging smelt musty and like wet dog. I had to wash everything when we got home. also we had a kitchenette and the hot water to the kitchenette sink didn't work making it annoying to wash any dishes. Only up side for us was the location and the pool was nice. They also had a decent hot breakfast. But none of it was worth it cause the room was so bad.

Not Pet Friendly. By posting online they are "dog friendly", we learned at check in they would not accept our 2 medium sized caged birds. Cat people, you're not welcome guests either.
We learned from family who were already staying at location, they had to move rooms if they wanted actual hot water when showering. (Location under construction)

Disappointed that we were unable to play in the pool or use any pool chairs as the pool was rented out for swimming lessons (apparently regularly). And parents stand around and stare in the windows. Unfortunately we booked for the pool and weren’t notified of this when I called to confirm pool hours either.

The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They charged me for full deposit after I left, because "I left some food in the fridge, and spilled some coffee on the bed" then they accused me of stealing sheets. Which I didn't do! I gave them to the maid prior. As absolute scam of a hotel. Scammers. The room was also filthy carpet upon entering. The safe was already broken when I got the room , they accused me of breaking it and charged me for it also.
