Needed an evening away from the children, grabbed a room that I was quoted at $225 for the night for a room complete with jacuzzi in-suite. But we got more than we bargained for when we found a wireless camera on the curtain valance, facing the jaccuzzi. All told our room was $270 for the night, the fridge didn't work, but all of this was nothing compared to the lack of professionalism by management in not calling or dealing with this serious matter. Which leads us to be concerned that perhaps this wasn't left by a former guest and a simple oversight by housekeeping, but rather left by the staff themselves. Pretty horrendously disappointed at the lack of reparations or acknowledgment of the incident.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were happy to show us a room when we just dropped by the motel a day or so before we planned to stay. They provided us with everything we asked for - from extra pillows to an electric kettle and even gave us a late check out. Perfect... and great value for money. Not the most salubrious location in British Columbia, but right on a bus route which made it easy to get anywhere we waned.

3rd floor room. Vacuumed, newish bed, air conditioning, bolt lock, clean kitchenette, clean sheets, complimentary soap. Reading other reviews I believe (my opinion) under new management possibly? Not 100% sure on that though. It is okay place to lay my head for night. Would not stay more than one night. Parking unfortunately is located back of building.

We tried to find a room late in a Chilliwack....then Abbotsford....then Langley.....and finally we found this one in Surrey. The pictures looked ok and it was late. We booked. It was a hole. It was a separate building from the front building. Garbage all around outside. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. The room was $141 plus taxes which put it to $175. Should have been $1.75 I pulled the covers back and was fully expecting to see hair and of course ......I did. We slept in our clothes on top of the bed (which was a bedspread from the 70’s full of cigarette burns). Absolute fraud from the pictures on the website.

Hold on to your money. Do not stay here. I smoke yet they offer a smoking room. I thought those days were long gone? Burn marks in sheets. Ripped comforter. Melted air conditioner. Toilet dirty and broken. Sliding glass door on balcony latch broken. Downstairs parkade creepy. Found a pile of women's clothes at entrance to back facility. Front desk clerk asked if I had any weed. Almost funny now that I've been out of there for a few hours and reflect on what I just did. I would only recommend this... Call your local health department on this establishment. Surrey residents have to live with this place in their neighborhood. I don't.
