very modern, recently built extension for B&B in the beautiful house situated in this quiet corner of Surrey. Iris is a delightful hostess giving us full information of directions to restaurants and how to get to the airport. Our bedroom was so comfortable with walk in shower room each immaculate.

B&B well hidden, but once on Highway #10 there's easy access to major IBAs in the lower Fraser Valley. Iris was the ultimate host, spacious bedroom but soft mattress, shower/tub, varied menu for breakfast selections, and a HEATED FLOOR in dining/living area.

This was a wonderful getaway, especially since we had the B&B to ourselves. Even tho' the weather didn't allow us to make full use of all the amenities, we were given a warm welcome and made to feel at home by our exceptional hostess, Iris. The breakfasts were delightful and more than we could eat. We'll definitely be back.

We agree with all previous reviewers, hidden gem, fantastic hosts etc. We have had a superb 3 nights at this glorious B&B. We were made to feel so at home. Breakfast all you could want and high quality. Do not hesitate to book and if like us rush back to enjoy the hot tub and view over the bay. We cannot thank everyone ( whole family) but especially Irish for such a lovely time. .

Jan and Iris really made me feel welcome immediately upon arrival. You will definitely need a car to get there. It's easy to find.
I was shown to the apartment which was light, airy, spacious with a nice high ceiling in the main dining living area. The room is clean and nicely appointed with good looking comfortable furniture. The bookshelves have a nice selection of books left by former guests and had i finished my book I would have added to the collection. The wifi signal is nice and strong with good reception and speedy up and downloads speeds throughout the apartment. A big plus, which I find is overlooked.
The bathroom is nice and spacious with nice fixtures and the bath and shower have really good water pressure and the hot water availability is almost instantaneous. Towels and sheets are provided which smelled nice and clean. The place is obviously really well cared for and there is a lot of attention to detail and guests comfort.
the bed was nice and comfortable with an appropriately warm comforter. The climate control in the room can be individually controlled. There is lots of storage space in the room (I took a few pictures). There is in floor heating -- big big plus for someone from Miami!
In the morning I made myself coffee and there was coffee, filters, sugar and everything one would need.
I stayed one night only unfortunately, and when I go back I'll definitely be staying here again!

Jet lagged, we arrived to be welcomed by Iris who is charming. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The delicious breakfast was so good. To have proper pressed fruit juice and freshly cooked food. Real home cooking. Iris goes out of her way to help. She will advise on where to go for evening meals. Great place.

Iris & Jan were great hosts & could not do enough for us. Their B&B was very comfy with all that one could wish for, including a top sheet for the warm evening. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented in the breakfast room which also had a full size fridge & microwave if you wanted to cater for yourself at other times. They were such a friendly couple & we had a good chat with them. You need a car to get to Surrey, but it is worth the trip to be in the quiet of the country.

Hilltops B&B is a gorgeous B&B with what appears to be new or updated ensuite rooms (2) with access to a sitting area, table, and microwave. Breakfast is promptly prepared and served for the time indicated on the request forms Iris provides to her patrons. Iris Lau seems to go out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable and lack for nothing. She is very accommodating. What is also nice, is how secure it is, with a number keypad lock.
The bathrooms are very nice, and the proprieter kindly provides a non-perfumed hair shampoo/conditioner and Aveeno body wash scrub for patrons to use. It may seem odd, but I have to say it was so nice, I saved the info so I could get the same thing to use at home.
My friend that stayed in the other room was sure to let her know that they weren't charging enough! All I can say is Wow! Well done, and appreciated.

My husband & I stayed for a week and Iris and Jan are wonderful hosts. The rooms are super clean and nicely decorated The common areas allow for relaxing, watching a movie, having a snack etc. Iris makes wonderful homemade scones and muffins to make her breakfasts even more enjoyable. Just a lovely, comfortable place to stay for a night or two or a longer stay. Thank you so much.
