My wife and I are at the "Horseshoe Bay Motel",located in West Vancouver. And that can only mean one thing for us: Tomorrow we will take again the BC Ferry to Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. But first we will stay overnight at the "Horseshoe Bay Motel",Horseshoe Bay's only hotel/motel,very conveniently located next to the Ferry Terminal (within walking distance). It is a small,...

We were on a work trip in West Vancouver and lodging is rather limited if you don't want to commute from North Vancouver or downtown. We don't usually stay in motels but there wasn't a lot of other options. To our delight, this motel was clean, comfortable and quite civilized. The wi-fi was free and fast. The staff was excellent;...

Comfortable & clean Motel close by to the ferry terminal for boats from West Vancouver to Nanaimo, Vancouver Island and close to restaurants.Friendly & helpful and Manager happy to make reservation for BC ferries during busy periods. Be wary and allow time for the long-winded one way system back to ferry!

Perfect little motel right on the edge of town. Easy walk to everything and the perfect place to stay the night for your trip on the ferry to Vancouver Island. We requested first floor and liked our room very much. Clean with a nice bathroom and comfortable bed.

When we seen a "Motel" sign we weren't to excited but as it turns out this is a nice place. It's clean and looks to have been renovated recently. The walls are thin but other than that it's nice. We would stay here again. Bed was pretty comfy as well.

This family run motel is clean and welcoming if a little dated in it's decor ~ and in need of more attentive maintenance ( replacing light bulbs, sink plugs etc). Reception staff are very helpful with suggestions for where to eat, and attractions to visit. Great location in the center of Horseshoe Bay, within easy walking distance to restaurants and...

Nice location to the ferry and to restaurants nearby. Unfortunately there was no soap orammenities in our room when we arrived. This was quickly taken care of by the office though. Comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to restaurants in the village. The rooms were on the smaller side, but appear to have been recently updated. Nice bathroom and shower. There is no closet, but there is a large chest of drawers and area to hang clothes

I loved this unique motel. It's located just a stones throw from the ferry. The staff was friendly and very professional. It is just down the street from cute little shops , restaurants and even a small grocery store that came in very handy for those late night snacks. The rooms were cute, comfortable and very clean. There is no...

1. It's way too expensive. This motel is'nt worth the price. 2. There is noch a/c in the rooms. Not okay on a night at august. 3. The pillows are very uncomfortable. So finally it's a motel very near at the ferry station. But this is the only positive point. Unfortunately they don't offer any breakfast. So, no, won't visit...
