I had ended up here last minute because of a mistake in my AirBnb booking. Margit was extremely accommodating when I showed up unannounced and made me feel incredibly welcome. It was a very pleasant surprise to have such an amazing experience despite the situation.

I stayed for several nights to go skiing at Whistler and explore the area. Margit was extremely helpful in providing tips for how to get to Whistler, where to park and even which runs to ski. She also provided numerous suggestions on nearby hikes and restaurants.

The entire place was completely spotless and very comfortable. The rooms were elaborately decorated and had nice details including painted murals. The Inn had free parking and wi-fi available.

The breakfast was amazing and freshly made every day with different styles of eggs, bagels, toast, fruit and cereal available. Margit was good at accommodating for food restrictions and tailoring the breakfast to the individual.

Overall would highly recommend and would definitely visit again in the future!

Lovely stay. Margit welcomed me in and I immediately felt at home. She had the fridge stocked with a few drinks, which was a great tough. She showed me to the room, and made sure I knew how to work everything, and where everything was, which was nice. With COVID, I wasn’t sure what to expect for breakfast. Margit had a large bowl of cereal, some pastry, nuts and some juice in the fridge when I got up. It was so nice to have everything ready for me, so I didn't need to wait in the morning. Each wing is kind of separate, so this would be perfect if you want to come with extended family. So many little touches, like luggage racks, and entryway and double doors in the rooms and the decor made this stay over the top. If I’m in the area, I will definitely be back.

Margit welcomed us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchenette was very well equipped and included an assortment of herbs, spices and culinaries which were very useful. There were even frozen plastic mugs in the freezer to keep the wine cool whilst in the hot tub!
We enjoyed the amazing views of Mount Currie and the valley below from the patio and hot tub.
Margit is a great host and provides wonderful 3 course breakfasts suitable for all diets. She has a lovely house with loads of interesting artefacts and special little touches which make it feel homely.
Thank you Margit. We loved our stay and would highly recommend your place.

Great place to stay. We were in the building next to the main lodge with a beautiful big bedroom and bathroom. We didn’t use the kitchen on the main floor but it had everything you would need. We payed for the breakfast the first morning and it was well worth it with fresh fruit, yogurt, granola and sausages and buckwheat pancakes. Margit the owner turned us on to a great eating spot called The Pony which was a short walk away as is the rest of the town. Amazingly good food. Managed to spend a few hours walking around Whistler which is a short drive away. Needless to say it was great to get back to Pemberton.

Had a family reunion of sorts there recently. Beautiful, quiet, well kept house with a fantastic view. Hot tub was a nice addition. Margit was a very gracious host, making a delicious breakfast Furtado for us as well as other tasty baked loafs. They did not last long with our group! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

Thanks again Margit. Regards, Lopez/Ocean/Elmes families

This establishment is outstanding. We were made so welcome upon arrival and our room and balcony were exquisitely decorated as was the en-suite bath and shower room. The home cooked breakfast was delicious. The owner was helpful directing us to a local establishment for evening meal.
The view from the hotel was quite breathtaking. We only stayed for one night but if we ever return to the area we would definitely return.

Just north of Whistler, this cute little Bed and Breakfast offers very nice rooms, excellent service, and beautiful natural views. Our room had a full size soaker tub, full shower, a small private balcony with table and chair, and of course a nicely appointed bed room. Every soap and potion you could want was in the bathroom, and the walls were decorated with fanciful trees and flowers - it is the "Love Bird suite". The common area is decorated in West Coast traditional wood and lots of Canadiana.

Breakfast, only $15 each, was superb. I small buffet offers granola, muesli, dried fruit, yogurt with fresh local berries, juices, and I'm sure I missed something. A table was ready for us, coffee orders were taken and served, the table had a very nice fresh fruit plate, and fresh banana bread was served along with homemade jam. Much of the food was locally sourced. A very nice frittata was the main.

At all the times the staff were friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home.

Next we go up to Whistler or Pemberton, we are going back here

My darling partner suggested a weekend away and not wanting to brave the USA border crossing wait we thought we'd try golf and a stay in Pemberton (about a 2.5 hour drive north of Vancouver). Normally I'd find our hotel but this time my lady made the choice from the BC Bed & Breakfast guide - and a good one it was. The Inn (maybe more in name than reality) is both spacious and highly decorated with native arts and crafts. Although the owners were away, the Inn never missed a step with Ruth in charge. Our welcome was warm throughout our stay and the breakfast she prepared us was tasty and very healthy. Our room (#3) had hand painted decor on every wall, a very comfortable jacuzzi bath tub and spacious shower. The highlight is a very private balconey off the bedroom, overlooking Pemberton Valley and Mt. Currie. With 2 wonderful golf courses only 4 minutes away, The Greenwod Inn should be on the "to be considered" list when looking for a golf holiday within the Vancouver BC area.

We were so impressed with Margit's warm welcome, the beauty and charm of the inn and the dramatic views that after being there for about 15 minutes we asked if there were openings for a second night. Forturnately there was a room available, and we had two two lovely eveninngs
in this very special place. In addition to the attractive and well appointed rooms the breakfasts that Margit served were fresh, wholesome, and delicious. Breakfast was served on the second floor deck, right by the treetops and with views of the beautiful green valley and mountains.

Margit knows the area well, and she made recommendations for places that she thought we would enjoy seeing, places not in the usual guide books. Pemberton is the perfect place for relaxing and just soaking up beautiful scencery, but it's close enough to Whistler that one can be in the hustle bustle of that area if one likes. We spent a day doing the exciting Peak to Peak gondola lift ride in Whistler and were happy to return to the quiet beauty of Permberton for the night. If lived closer this would be our go-to place, and even though we live over a thousand miles away I would love to return, and I will definitly suggest it to my friends.

Stayed in the Lovebird Suite in June and we could not fault it .We had our own private balcony with great views of Mount Currie in one direction and snow capped mountains in another. The room was spotless very comfortable with a very large ensuite bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious with homemade jams, muesli, fruit and always a hot course sat at our own table. Margit was very friendly and helpful with what to see and do in the area and could not do enough for us with maps and books to borrow. Would highly recommend this B & B if we return would stay here again.
