The rooms themselves are comfortable and well kept. I get too warm but they have fans available. I have been up a few times now and always stay here because the staff are very kind and somehow always seem to remember everyone's names. I am thrilled with the restaurant on site - I've been elsewhere but I'm done trying other...

The rooms are basic and clean and the service is excellent. The hotel has a restaurant and bar attached which an added bonus. Given Iqaluit remote location I don't think you'll find a better hotel here.

I didn't know what to expect on my first visit to Iqaluit. The hotel is very modern on the surface and looks to be similar to nice hotels in bigger centres. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The conference rooms, attached restaurant and bar were both lovely and felt new. The amenities in the complex were great. I spent morning...

I have stayed here several times since 2008 including November 2016. Very clean safe hotel with lots of options for food including main restaurant, separate bar, coffee shop and variety store. Attached to federal building, movie theatre and fitness centre so outside travel in cold weather can be limited. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant has many choices at all...

This place is a do not go place. I stayed here on an overnight stop. It was a place I would never stay again. It would have been ok (just ok) if the restaurant had anything worth ordering, but they had nothing we ordered. Do yourself a favor stay away!!! The room was dirty, The restaruant was marginal and the...

Dear Deanie , Thank you for taking the time to give me your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the rooms weren't up to the standard you've come to expect . I have personally addressed this with our housekeeping department manager and staff to ensure this won't happen again. The restaurant's menu has also changed quite considerably since your last visit...

Stayed here several years ago so long gap before last month. As others have described, restaurant is superior. very good menu choice, food is terrific and service 1st class. Pricey as all things are in the north, they are quite competitive. Rooms are typical and well maintained. Housekeeping service can have a challenge or 2. Bar is much larger than...

Superb food and always a pleasure to go there. The restaurant is a true winner wherever you live...the hotel itself is adequate and works fine, fun to open my door and look out over the town/city of Iqaluit.

Decent hotel, but not great, even when factoring in that expectations must be lowered for Arctic accommodations. Rooms ok but given the fact that internet is inconsistent at best, one of our group last week had no hot water for 3 days, rooms can be unbearably hot or cold, and I sent back a breakfast that was inedible and was...

What a great surprise to find this accommodation! Safe, comfortable, clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are a variety of amenities on site - fitness centre, restaurant, airport shuttle and convenience store. The beauty of the north is breathtaking and the quality of this accommodation makes a person want to come back again.

The hotel has very nice rooms. They are clean and modern. The windows are quite small but this is due to the very cold climate. There are two restaurants on site, one is a dining only and offers amazing meals and the other is a pub/bar setup. The pub has a great decor that draws on its northern environment and...
