Overall a good experience. Ensure you arrive to check in before they lock the front doors. Location is centralized. There is only food in the pantry. The room is good sized and the bed was comfortable.

Capital Suites provides all your needs with clean rooms, laundry is available for guests and it’s always pleasant to stay there with staff who become like family. It’s location is easy access located right downtown and walking distant to shopping.

The service and cleanliness at this hotel were very good. Each room has a microwave, dishes, and flatware, plus a Keurig/K Cups for coffee or tea in the mornings. There was a bit of noise from other guests, but nothing very disruptive. The staff helped call for cabs and solve WiFi issues. I appreciated that the hotel allowed for three devices per guest, but I did need to purchase the premium internet service to be able to use my computer like usual.

Very good and good value for money. Capital Suites is centrally located and near all the businesses that I required. I would be much happier if pets were not allowed. Monitoring of noise levels in the hallways would be much appreciated.

I am a Hilton Guy, so booking one night here in what I described as a glorified Motel 6 was OK for one night. We had freak snow blizzard and the town closed and all flights canceled. Paid $250 a night for this small, no frilled room. The top floor has long term residence, floors 1 & 2 are hotel rooms. I see folks love this place, found it to be OK buy way overpriced with little value if staying more than one night. centrally located downtown, no airport pick up. Weak wi-fi and limited TV channels. Visiting and experiencing Nunavut was on my bucket list. Friendly people, very expensive cost of living.

The hotel is a hotel: it has a bed if that's what you're looking for. I stayed here because they're pet-friendly. The staff was the exceptional part of my stay: they went the extra mile to call me a cab and check on me when I was waiting outside with my dog and the cab had not yet arrived. They also allowed me a late check out free of charge since there were few guests staying in the hotel that day! Excellent service.

Don't book your room there. They are overbooking the rooms. When I have arrived to this location I was greeted "we have hoped that you will not arrive". If you travel to Iqaluit plan your trip carefuly and avoid this location.

The service is excellent here. The room was spacious, bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. Microwave and mini fridge was helpful. Appreciate they are pet friendly as well! Currently they are upgrading their television system so it is unavailable but there was lots to do without it and the internet worked well for business needs.
