2022 Travellers' Choice Best of the Best
Nestled on a cliff overlooking the rugged Pacific coastline and surrounded by a private old growth forest, The inn is an intriguing romantic experience. Purpose built to be different and dramatic the setting offers privacy and elegance to its adult clientele. There are six rooms, four have awesome ocean views. Whales, sea lions and eagles are often visible from each of these rooms. The other two rooms are in our forest view cottage cozy and very private.

My wife & I stayed here for 3 nights in May 2022. A very personal service offered by Nancy and Fabian, from our arrival to our departure. Each morning's breakfast was a delightful treat offered up in a wooden box and each day's was different. It was a short walk into town where we found the "Uke dogs" the very laid back local Black Tailed Deer. A beautifu, quiet location with exceptional views of the ocean.

We just spent a fabulous few days and nights ensconced in comfort, in a corner of nature's paradise. Mesmerizing view, exceptionally appointed room, artistry throughout the premises, beautifully maintained grounds, a private beach with a plethora of shells......and more. Nancy and Fabian welcomed us like family and made us feel at home. Before coming I read about the breakfasts from former guests....every word was true. The apple tarts are to die for. This was the perfect location to finish off our anniversary week! Thank you, Nancy and Fabian...so much.

We went back and forth about whether to stay in Ucluelet or Tofino. The minute we stepped foot inside A Snug Harbor I knew we had made the right choice. The view from the entry/common rooms is just stunning! Our very warm welcome by Nancy was followed by entry into our room - the Lighthouse Suite. Again, this view is so spectacular that it would have been worth it alone - BUT the lovely and peaceful atmosphere of the inn, yummy "breakfast boxes" made by Nancy and the recommendations for food and activities all combined to make this a perfect experience. We had quite a bit of rain but warmly ensconced in our fireplace lit room, it all just seemed more cozy. We are already looking forward to another trip!

The most excellent surprise experience. We had to double check we had the right place after walking in - it seemed way more luxurious than we expected. The location is so beautiful. Every little detail is exquisite. The owners are legitimately kind and caring people that enjoyed making our experience as best as could be. Nancy is an incredible chef. The breakfasts were amazing. Fabian made us a fire down by the water to enjoy in the evening as the sun set. The rooms had a coffee bar, fireplace and oversized tub. If the location wasn't so beautiful we could easily enjoy the day in our room. We wish this place was a best kept secret.

We stayed here for our elopement in Tofino and could not be happier that we picked the Snug Harbour - it absolutely made our trip. Nancy is the most welcoming and accommodating host. The view from our room (the Sawadee room) was amazing, not to mention how cozy and comfortable the room itself is. Breakfast was so delicious, we looked forward to it every day. We will definitely be back. Thank you Nancy and Fabian!

Excellent hosts and outstanding location! We stayed in the Valhalla suite which had a gorgeous view on the ocean. We had a private balcony and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was served in our room and was excellent and generous. Fresh menu every morning which included a main course, a pastry and a smoothy. The host adjusted the breakfast to cather to my gluten free diet. There is a kitchen in the common area which offers coffee, teas and dishes to eat and have drinks in our room. There is a beach area and a hot tub that we could not use as the weather was not nice during our stay. We will stay at the B&B again if we ever visit Ucluelet again. Thanks to Nancy and Fabien for their amazing hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at the end of Feb. This is such a lovely b & b set in the most incredible location. The views are spectacular and the rooms are private. Everything is spotless, the bed was so comfy and everything was just so perfect we didn't want to leave. Nancy really accommodated my food preferences and the breakfasts were delicious and served beautifully. We highly recommend A Snug Harbour Inn and look forward to returning for another visit in the future. Thank you Nancy & Fabian.

We stayed 4 nights here in the Atlantis room. We’ve never really stayed at a bed and breakfast and are pretty picky with our food but the breakfasts were fresh, very tasty and and very filling. Nancy and Fabian were friendly and accommodating. The common area is equipped with a fridge shared by all the guests and equipped with extra coffee and creams and your kitchen accessories. The views from here are fantastic with large windows out to the patio with the common hot tub. There is also the common wood burning fireplace. The room was up a set of stairs and we loved it. Big comfy bed, big couch to hang out in front of the rooms fireplace and a table for 2 to watch out the window and take in the water views. I loved the binoculars in the room. Lots of eagles soaring by and hanging in the trees. You can’t go wrong staying here
