The only complaint we have, is just as I stated earlier, the fish processing leaves a lot to be desired. The catch, depending on the size of the fish, should be processed in more desirable portions. They should also be cleaned not packaged whole.

Very sound advice for anyone preparing to head out for a day on the water! Scopolamine patches as well as Gravol for motion sickness are available for all of our guests in the Gift Shop. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, I will pass your compliments along to our staff. Hope to see you again soon!...

Make sure you prepare yourself to prevent yourself from being seasick but the salmon fishing was great and limited out for the second day of fishing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful

The hotel rooms were a bit dated but nice. There are no phones but no big deal because we all have cell phones. PLEASE PLEASE do not believe that their guides are all experienced. We fished for three days and two of our trips were good, but one was awful. STAY AWAY from "Captain Jack" and the Raven Princess. In the...

Thank you for your review of your recent visit to the Canadian Princess Fishing Lodge & Marine Adventure. I am disappointed to read your comments about your day on the water fishing with the Raven Princess. We (companion and I) arrived at the Canadian Princess after a beautiful drive across the Island from Nanaimo. We were set to start our fishing expedition the following day, so got checked in to our room and cleaned up for dinner. The property is comprised of there building containing the rooms. I have stayed here a few times over the years and I truly enjoy it. I can't give it higher than four since I am here for work the fact that there is no wifi in the rooms is a definite downside. Rooms are dated but the balconies are a great place to relax and listen to the sounds of...

This was a great place for my family of 6 to stay. There was 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The 2 single beds were on an upstairs loft. The kids liked that they had their own place to sleep and hang out. The room is old but was clean and tidy. The room had a balcony to sit...

It’s great to see a review from a family who stayed and had such a fun time! There is so much to do in the Ucluelet area, it’s a great chance for families to be close together and connect with nature. The view from our rustic rooms out on to the harbour offers a chance to spot some of the...

I have mixed experiences with this place. Some people at reception are very friendly - some don't have the gift. Our room had such a rank smell and didn't look clean at all, with leaking tub that we asked to change. Apparently that wasn't possible at 7PM, not sure about the reason (where we the last ones in on a...

It was a wonderful experience. Their service desk jumped through hoops to help us get all our reservations in order. I really appreciated the door to door delivery to the hotel and the small details - like providing a box for us to carry our fish home! The accommodations were very nice and I would highly recommend them!!
