We stayed here for. 2 nights. Check in was straightforward with the lady happy to give plenty of info. We had a deluxe 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom upstairs suite. One bedroom was fairly small and the bed was not overly comfortable. Sitting room area was acceptable as was the kitchen but we had to ask for a large saucepan to...

The deluxe suite we rented was not cleaned well at all. Housekeeping is inadequate. Tons of dust everywhere and the carpets were not properly cleaned. Bathroom sink was clogged and didn't drain well. Kitchen was not clean. Boards on walkways loose, accident waiting to happen. The outside deck and tub was not maintained properly. Overall I cannot recommend staying here.

I booked 3 nights at this hotel because of the lovely pictures of the bathtub on the balcony. I was picturing 3 days of bliss and relaxation enjoying water views and privacy. Instead, the hotel gave me a dark room on the ground floor. People can walk right past the tub that looks out onto a dingy marina (see my...

If you need the available Wi-Fi and Internet, be very cautious. I'm very knowledgeable in IT and networking, and I had a very poor experience with Internet access. With two different devices, I could not achieve and maintain connections even to the local Wi-Fi network, let alone get out to the Internet. The staff was sympathetic but did understand the...

We really enjoyed our stay here. A peaceful suite overlooking the bay. Furnishings are basic but comfy. Staff were really helpful, particularly when I realised that I had mistimed the drive to the airport in Victoria, they very kindly refunded our last night so we could move closer to the airport. Ucluelet is a lovely chilled place, it takes about...

We really enjoyed the location and surrounding area. Great beaches and hiking trails. Our one bedroom suit was clean, well stocked and had a great view of the harbour. The decor requires some updating and some repairs are required in the bathroom; ie: fan and shower head.

The suite we had was very spacious. Two bedrooms, two baths, full sized kitchen and good sized living room with a sofa bed. A very comfortable space and located well to take advantage of the local attractions from Ucluelet in the south up to Tofino in the north. Drive to Tofino was only about 40-50 minutes away. Local trails along...

Spent 3 nights here but wish it had been longer. Stunning suite with lovely views over an inlet. Glad we were where we were (room 301) as it was on the ground floor and had a beautiful aspect. Some of the other rooms had views over the harbour or other inlets. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. I...

Thank you for your review. Wonderful to hear you had a great stay. Yes every room has a view of the water, either inlet or the marina . Glad to hear our staff was helpful. We do our best to be informational about Ucluelet. Although Tofino is only 40 minutes away, many people do agree it's much quieter here. We...

We enjoyed the view and we enjoyed the full kitchen. But when we went to bed, we had a problem. I sat down (and I'm not that big) and the bed creaked and then broke! It was after 10 and the front office was closed. My wife and I tried to sleep but to no avail. In the morning we...

Oh No! So sorry this happened to you... and glad to hear you were looked after :) We appreciate the opportunity to fix up things while you are still here.
