Clean and well kept, these cottages are comfortable. Walking distance to Pacific Trail, place is isolated. No real view to the ocean or inlet. Crowded by too many trees in the back. No wifi to speak of. Feels like a suburban neighborhood with the cottages all lined up. Place has a good stock of kitchen stuff so no need to...

We visited Ucluelet for an anniversary getaway. We stayed in a one bedroom cottage at Reef Point. We liked the location, and the cottages are within walking distance to beaches and trails, which was a plus. We had no view at all from our cottage, but I understand that some of them have forest or inlet views. If a view...

As a family of five, the space in a two level, 2 bedroom cottage was appreciated, but just about everything else was disappointing. Way over-priced for the quality. Ucluelet has become a tourist trap in the 30 years since my last visit (of course, we knew) but we expected and you can do better. Basically these are time shares with...

Neat enough little cabins, with kitchens and wifi, both of which are handy, and reception open all day with friendly staff. Although the closer you look at the cabins, the more you realise you're basically staying in a glorified flat-pack shed from B&Q. Reason for 2 star rating is that I think these are seriously overpriced. $170/night is steep even...

Cabins seem to be popular in Ucluelet and although this one has no view of the sea at all it was very comfortable. They are relatively new and have that 'new' feel. Maybe a mile from the center of town but Uke is a very small place. Very convenient for the Wild Pacific Trail. We had no complaints and enjoyed...

This was our first time in Ucluelet so we weren't sure where to stay. We found the Reef Point online as it seemed to be close to the kayaking tour place we had booked with, and it had a kitchenette which seemed convenient. When we checked in we were a little disappointed with our accommodations. The bed felt like a...

We stayed in Cabin 18, which is at the end of a row and next to an empty lot so it felt very private. Nice kitchen with all the necessities, two bathrooms, and a comfortable bed on the second floor that was easy to sleep in. No hair dryer in the room but we were able to get one from...

Located on the edge of Ucluelet and only a short distance from the Wild Pacific Trail, the self-catering Reef Point Cottages provide an excellent accommodation option for groups or families. Our cottage overlooked a small inlet and had lovely views from the back deck, although a lot of the cabins are located back from the inlet and do not have...

My wife and I took her parents to the Surfing Capital of Canada, Long Beach on the west coast of British Columbia. Since her parents are in their golden years, all the comforts of home were high on the list of priorities. After a little research we settled on Reef Point Cottages in Ucluelet and we weren’t disappointed. Although our...

Good place to take your dog, nice walks to local beach and lighthouse. Cabin needed a few repairs. Check inside stairs for loose bolts and gas fireplace didn't work. Toilet over flowed due to someone messing with the float. But staff are nice but they are not handy fix it folks. Mike Holmes don't stay here! No rowdy party types here,...
