The king size bed was so comfortable and the view of the ocean from bed was unbeatable. Add the cozy fireplace in the corner and the double soaker tub with an endless amount of clean white towels, ideal place for a romantic getaway. We had a great time, enjoyed the food at local businesses, and loved the storm watching.
We had a lovely 4 night stay. Where spoiled with one spectacular sunset from our deck. Enjoyed rainy days looking at the ocean from a warm hot tub. Dian and Brain were excellent host. We loved the home made bread, muffins, cookies and granola. The kitchenette was well equipped. Attention to small detail is visible all through the unit. Must appreciated! Bed was very comfortable and cosy. Even a cute gas fireplace to heat up a cold evening. Highly recommend this B&B. We would love to return.
Stunning place for a get away. From the comfortable bed with extra throws, gowns and slippers, cute fireplace(electric), kitchenette - stocked with home baked goodies, snacks and fresh fruits and yogurt. We woke up with the sound of the ocean, enjoying our morning coffee in bed with the stunning views. After an adventurous day outside in the beautiful area, we came home to watch the sunset from our deck or inside the hot tub. What more do you want? Dian and Brian are great hosts, ready with any extras that you might need, quick to respond and give helpful information. We would highly recommend this place!!
I needed a calm, quiet, relaxing place to get away for a few days and this was the perfect place for it. The room (whale song) was stocked with delicious items for breakfast, had a huge 2 person soaker tub, fireplace, and gorgeous views of the ocean. Watching the sunset each night from the private deck (or the bed) was a highlight. Dian and Brian were welcoming, helpful, and available for anything needed. I will definitely be heading back the next time I need to disconnect from the world and reconnect from nature.
The room was great, with a small kitchen and big bathroom We watched the ocean from the hottub, from our deck, and also from a lower seating area - all very private and comfortable . We really enjoyed being there
We spent 4 nights as part of our 50th wedding anniversary in the very comfortable Seaview Mist Suite with an amazing vista out to the ocean. Thanks Dian and Brian for the lovely celebration treat. Dian’s homemade bread, granola and muffins were delicious which kept us filled for our day adventures along the beaches and Wild Pacific Trail. After our hikes we relaxed in the hot tub overlooking the cove and gorgeous sunset. A perfect B&B. We would also recommend the Archipelago Wildlife Cruise through the Broken Islands.
We stayed for 4 nights in Reef point oceanfront B&B. The location is fantastic, so close to so many beautiful trails and few minutes from the Ucluelet center. The B&B is so comfortable with attention to very small details that make you feel at home. The views of the ocean are so beautiful and you can admire the nature from every corner of the room. You have a deck to sit and enjoy outside with additional lower decks , too with private hot tub on one of them. You are in a forest with ocean in front of you! Our fridge was full of delicious food for our breakfast , with great home made muffins and granola and more. Dian was a great hostess, helped with maps and advices where to go , was so attentive to all our requests . We enjoyed every minute in this wonderful B&B.
The room was very clean. There are a large living room and a large dining area, that was a surprise for us. This cliff top suite has gorgeous ocean view. We had diner on the balcony while enjoying the beautiful sunset view. We were happy we made the right choice to stay there.
I had a wonderful three-night stay in the Whale Song suite. Upon arrival, Dian went over all of the amenities, as well as what local restaurants are open and when (there is a labor shortage in the service industry, like many places in the world now, so the situation is fluid). The suite is cozy and included some tasty breakfast items (brown bread, yogurt, fruit, etc.), a comfortable bed, a bathroom with a hot tub and heated floor, as well a strong WiFi connection. The view of the water and trees from the porches cannot be beat, and the property is secluded and quiet. The property is also close enough to walk to one of the beaches (Little Beach) and a short drive to other beaches and local shops/restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The setting on the cove is idyllic and the amenities (e.g., hot tub) perfect. Dian was a helpful and friendly hostess, especially as this was our first trip to Ucluelet. The continental breakfast is not extravagant (yoghurt, granola, fresh fruit, fresh bread and muffins, juice, coffee, etc.), but was tasty and all we needed.
