My mom, two friends and I spent a couple of days at Nine Gables during the July 4th lavendar harvest festival. We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful B&B. the hosts were so wonderful and gracious and made us feel right at home. We had the two rooms upstairs, but had complete access to the downstairs kitchen, livingroom,...

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review of our bed and breakfast. Our 2 bedroom Floral suite is popular with families, groups and couples who enjoy the coziness and privacy of this suite. We always look forward to welcoming back returning guests!

The B&B is located in a very quite street very close to the centre. The owners are most welcoming yet very respectful of the guests' privacy. We had the downstairs unit. It was lovely. Large and well appointed. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is in tip top condition. Diane serves a delicious and generous breakfast. Eggs are served in...

Diane and Mike were the perfect hosts, very helpful and respectful. Breakfast was sumptuous. We felt guilty for not able to finish it all. We occupied the entire upstairs on the guest side of the house. It had two bedrooms, a den and a bathroom, very private. The only issue was the gable ceiling. I bumped my head a few...

We recently spent three nights at Nine Gables. We stayed in Le Petit Trianon. It was a beautiful suite, decorated in period charm. It was immaculate and spacious. The rain shower in the bath was lovely. We appreciated the easy access to the fridge, wine glasses and additional items in the kitchen. Diane's breakfasts were varied each day and beyond...

I've had good and bad luck with B&Bs but this is one I would definitely return to and recommend. The house was tastefully decorated, spotless and nicely laid out to give guests lots of space and privacy with access to several sitting areas as well as the gardens. Would be excellent choice for two couples travelling together or a girls...

Diane and Michael were very welcoming hosts at this lovely extended property with excellent, spacious public rooms. It is very central on PEC and Picton, just a short ride from The Ferry which is a must if travelling from Kingston on the Loyalist Highway. It’s free too. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night but will come for a week...

My husband and I recently spent four nights at Nine Gables, and it was absolutely perfect. Mike and Diane were wonderful hosts: friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. In just a short time, Nine Gables felt like our home away from home. We have already recommended them to friends and family, and will definitely return ourselves.

I've stayed in many b n bs throughout Canada and I have to say Nine Gables was one of the best I've stayed in. My friends and I stayed 2 nights in the Cottage rose and found the accommodation was beautiful. Great rooms and a beautifully decorated bathroom - the fresh flowers from the garden was a nice touch. The...

Our experience was more than we could have imagined. Our host Diane & her husband Mike were very knowledgeable. They were extremely helpful with their knowledge of the area, suggesting things to see and places to eat. The breakfast prepared by Diane was unbelievable. The room was excellent and very clean.
